Built-in speakers are actually pretty good!

Best of all (and most surprising) is the sound quality - we don't need an external soundbar, as the TV speakers are actually good enough on their own. Granted, you'll want sound with a bit more oomph for say, a family room. But for a bedroom / kitchen TV, the built-in sound is just fine.

He loves the fact that it has all the apps he loves to watch tv on and doesn't have to have another device just to watch his shows or youtube on. We also love the Insignia brand in this household. I totally recommend the brand not just in televisions but other products as well. The picture is awesome as well as the audio.
