Great little tv for the price, we caught a sale. Legs a little frail but does the job, wish these tvs had volume control on the tv itself, we lose the remote a lot lol. Just a powere and input button. Perfect for the childrens room to mount in a corner.

This is a very good 32 in. t v for the price range. It has many purchase options, however,I bought it for streaming as a smart tv, to free my older tv from the cable location. It is ideal & a very good product.

I really like the TV. It works well so far and the picture is pretty good for the price. Its nice to have fire tv built in. I was so pleased, I was going to buy another one, but Best Buy raised the price by $50. I think I will wait.

Really pleased with the Insignia - 32" Class F20 Series LED HD Smart Fire TV. Easy to set up and connect to cable box and works great. Added a small sound bar and it completed the package. Use if for basement when I walk on the treadmill and work out. Highly recommened.

Well so far I really like this little tv , it has a very bright picture and lots of settings so you can get the picture you want. I have an Amazon account and that is one of the reasons I purchased this set and I use a Roku stick with it and between the two there is lots of options. The only complaint I have is the same one I had with the Q80 Samsung I bought last year and that is the remotes that come with these sets are very small and not very senior hand friendly. For $150 bucks I think if your looking for a really nice picture with a good amount of viewing options you can't go wrong with this Insignia.

Great TV, Good picture quality. Setting up is easy with my Amazon account on Fire TV. Fast download, no waiting etc. that other users complained. Sound is superb! So far no Issue. It did downloaded the latest software, it reboot the tv several times, I consider that normal.

    Issue with Updates and AppleTV+

For the most part I am satisfied, but I am angry as well. I understand that it is the way of things these days that customers are expected to spend oodles of time setting-up a product like a smart TV, but is it too much to ask that everything works right the first time? Is it too much to ask that problems can actually be resolved? I bought this TV in part because AppleTV+ is included, which would enable me to watch baseball games on a TV screen as opposed to my phone. When I went to AppleTV+ it said that the TV needed a software update before I could watch AppleTV+. I found where the update is and saw that it was already downloading an update, but it kept ending with a "system error" message. It has been doing this over and over. Neither Amazon or Insignia customer service has been of any help in fixing this. It is not the wifi. Restarting the TV, unplugging the cords, and all of the other remedies did not work. I reluctantly did a factory reset. This meant having to set-up the TV, including e-mails and passwords for apps, all over again. That didn't work either. Insignia said that I could return it and get a new one, but I don't want to. That would be time consuming and what guarantee that I have that I won't encounter this problem or some other again? Some of us need to work. Also, it is necessary to register the TV with Amazon, but the web address on the screen that it tells you to go to is incomplete (you need \mytv at the end). When I couldn't figure-out where to register it an Amazon rep had me shutting the set off and doing other tasks before he figured out that I hadn't typed the whole address. Finally, the stand needs to be redesigned. You need to have a toddler's fingers to be able to reach down with the tiny screws and keep them in while trying to attach it. Otherwise, I am satisfied, but I am concerned if this set will be useless in a year if it can't load updates properly. The picture is good and it has a lot of cool things installed. I just wish there were no issues at all and that both Amazon and Insignia was more useful in fixing them.

This is the perfect size for my office and I love that Fire TV is built in. Really good picture. The only draw back is it seems to shut itself off pretty quickly which I'm sure is to save me money on electricity, but it kind of drives me crazy.

We bought this for daughter's bedroom, mostly for games. Easy set up but not a fan of the Fire TV, Roku is much easier. I do NOT like the remote that came with it. If you're watching TV, you have no number buttons to change the channel or do anything else. It's one of these new style remotes with a stupid circle thing and little else. I notice a lot of TVs have these now. Go back to the big remotes with words and 100 buttons please.

This is the second one of these that I purchased this summer. It is a perfect replacement for an older tv in the master bedroom. Easy to set up, great sound and color and quickly connected to our home network. Very happy with the tv.

Big this can come in small packages. I had already purchased a similar 47" version of this TV and absolutely love it. Getting a smaller one for the bonus room was a no brainer. Great picture, smart tv with built in Amazon platform leaves you needing nothing more.

Beautiful picture, but super slow and no memory. I’ve had this tv for a little over a year and it’s been ok, but definitely not the best. Lately it’s started freezing and crashing and required a reset. It’s now running bare bones, and still slow. This would be perfect for the kids that need it for a game or to binge Disney+. Probably not the best as a living room tv.

Excellent TV for the price. The Fire TV saves the cost of adding a fire stick and works flawlessly. This is the 4th fire TV we have of various sizes from 24” to 43” and the oldest is 4 years old and works perfectly.

I love this TV. Setup was relatively easy, and the picutre quality is GREAT! It's nice to use the apps with the tv instead of having to cast and burn up my phone battery. So far so good. This is my kitchen tv.
