I purchased for my son’s wedding to present a slideshow movie. I contacted Amazon to assist me and they upgraded the tv software! I will use it in my spare bedroom. The sound and picture are great and easy to set up to Wi-Fi, etc.

It's on the lower end as far as price point so you can't expect too much. I bought this TV for my elderly mother not knowing that the remote is the same as the one that comes with an Amazon Firestick. Not very user friendly and missing even a basic number pad.

It eventually gets there and has a very watchable picture for the 1080p resolution. For internal tv speakers, it produces a reasonable sound even for conversations.
