I purchased online and was told that it would be ready in an hour. Honestly, it wasn't. So while running last minute errands I dropped in a couple of hours later. Thank God the kind gentlemen helped me to expedite the process and get my tv before the holiday. They even loaded in my car for me. All is well that ends well.

That is why i opted on leaving this review (i normally dont leave reviews). At first i was a bit skeptical since it was a different brand that im used to (Samsung,LG,Sony,etc) but i gave it a shot and so far i am very pleased with this purchase, very good tv for the price as well. I recommend it.

The connect to the internet well, any issues just unplug them for a few seconds to reset the connection. Nice picture and sound quality on the 32inch and the 50 inch!

We bought it for our 4 yr old so she doesn't really care about the quality lol. But i must say, we've been slowing moving away from Samsung products because they kinda suck and Im happy we did. The picture quality is top notch and i like the pre-installed apps.
