It's on the lower end as far as price point so you can't expect too much. I bought this TV for my elderly mother not knowing that the remote is the same as the one that comes with an Amazon Firestick. Not very user friendly and missing even a basic number pad.

I had a fire stick on my previous one which I no longer need because this has everything included. Super easy to set up. Probably took me 10 to 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this TV.
