Picture Fantastic BUT Not User Friendly!

The remote is crap! No numbers 1st of all. So many different "guides" & "menus" it's like learning a foreign language! The worst user friendly TV I've ever had.

I also grabbed a weather cover on amazon for it. The picture quality is great and being able to connect and use apps for streaming out on the patio is awesome. Also we have had rainstorms multiple times and the tv still fires up without issue.

I have never bought an Insignia product before, but this had high ratings so I gave it a try. The picture is terrific and I was so impressed I bought the 24” version for my home office. This smart tv is a tremendous value!
