I have three other insignia fire tvs at my different houses and never have had any issues with picture quality or sound. I use it for amazon music too.

We purchased to use the USB feature to run a looping video at a business conference. All was exactly as expected. Good picture for the $$. Customer service was superior at the Kokomo Indiana store.
