Sharp picture and decent sound

We are very satisfied overall to have these smart tvs. We placed them in the master bedroom and a guest bedroom. I do get tired of having to go to imput to switch out of Prime to live tv, but that's a minor irritation.

good tv but ethernet port problems

Great Smart Tv for first time users. But the Ethernet port is defective. You have to use Wifi or keep dealing with ethernet cable coming loose. I personally like to use the ethernet cable not wifi. I did not call when the problem started. Decided to utilize Geek squad since I purchased the protection plan. but the trick, they have to physically look at it and I am not close to a store. You can not ship it to them either.
