The only issue I had with it is that we needed to use them for a direct feed monitor in a place that doesn't have wifi. You MUST have wifi to set up these TV's. I had to take them home to get them set up so that it wasn't always trying to get us to log in to the internet to use it. However, if you are using this in your house as a normal TV with wifi, it's a decent deal.

They are a perfec fit for my 4yr and 11yr olds. The price and warranty Best Buy offers has no competition in my eyes.
