Not even worth the money.

I am not sure if this is an Amazon problem or an insignia problem but not a single person could figure out what was wrong with it. We’ve had it since 2023 and I think my son’s been able to use it MAYBE 1 1/2 years out of this whole time. I’ve been contacting support trying to get someone to make this right but haven’t had any luck so far. It started out at first as WiFi problems and not being able to use certain apps for whatever reason and now when I created a kid account so things were accidentally getting purchased is completely locked out of his tv it says every pin we try is invalid I’ve rebooted it multiple times tried logging back in just to end up back to square one. And yes I’ve tried changing the pin it still does not work. New problem now is since I’ve rebooted it I cannot get any remotes to connect to it to even try anything further. It’s frustrating and i definitely regret ever spending money on it.

New type of tv(fire tv with apps)
