Bought this to add to bedroom home theater setup BUT this model is NOT compatible. Calls to Amazon support and Insignia support both told me to return it with no other suggestions. Other than that, nice TV with good remote.

I've owned this TV for about 8 weeks now. The menu is very frustrating in the way it's set up. It's harder than it should be to find what app you're looking for. The past few days, every time I turn the TV on, you can hear volume but there's no picture. If you unplug it once, sometimes trying twice, it will turn back on. I'm now past the return window. I would not recommend.

Originally had this mounted so never realized the stand would be wobbly with the included screws. Switched those out, and the stand is fine now. Sound is decent for a bedroom tv. Picture is great, more so at night. Remote not very intuitive and drains batteries very fast. Haven’t had any success telling the remote to play a specific show on a specific platform. At most, it’ll just open the platform. If you prefer the Roku platform, grab a Roku soundbar (I already had one). It’ll turn it into a Roku device, free you from this terrible remote and give you much better sound. I bought this last year when it was $150. At this current price, it’s a steal.

The Insignia™ 32” Class F20 Series LED HD Smart Fire TV has exceeded my expectations in every way! Setting it up was a breeze, thanks to the straightforward instructions and user-friendly interface. The picture quality is clear and vibrant, perfect for a TV of this size, with colors that pop and sharp details that make watching movies and shows a delight. Pros: • Great Picture Quality: The 720p resolution may not be 4K, but for a 32” screen, it delivers excellent clarity and vivid colors. • Seamless Smart Features: The built-in Fire TV functionality is a game-changer! With access to all my favorite streaming apps like Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+, I have endless entertainment at my fingertips. Plus, the Alexa voice control makes it super easy to find content without typing. • Perfect for Smaller Spaces: Its compact size makes it ideal for bedrooms, guest rooms, or even the kitchen. It’s lightweight, so mounting it or moving it around is effortless. • Affordable Price: The value for money is unbeatable. It’s hard to find a smart TV at this price point that doesn’t compromise on quality or features. Cons: • 720p Resolution: While the resolution is more than adequate for a 32” screen, those expecting a 4K experience might want to consider a larger model. But honestly, for everyday use, the display quality is great. Overall: This Insignia™ TV is perfect for anyone looking for a budget-friendly, feature-rich smart TV that delivers great performance. It has everything you need for an immersive viewing experience, all while keeping things simple and accessible. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile and affordable TV!

    TV vs. 60 lb. Dog

Listen... No matter how high your budget is - If you have destructive kids or a savage dog, THIS TV IS FOR YOU!! A little back story: I have a 60 lb. dog (Doby/boxer mix - very lean & strong) who is very animated. About 3 years ago, she started intently watching the TV with me. She would be very intrigued by other animals on TV, but would just stare..... UNTIL... she started bopping the TV. At first, it started with gentle nudges but it escalated quickly, especially if an animal was running or lord forbid, there was a cat. She eventually started full body ramming the TV. I thought just a nudge would bust the picture, it being one of the, if not the cheapest TV on the market and all, but not even the full body slams could take this thing down. The most damage it had took, was a tiny white line (.5 cm) towards the middle of the screen after almost a year of being violently attacked. After several more hits after the fact and over the span of a year, the line never spread or caused any issues. I barely even noticed it unless a scene was dark. About a year in, I got a "nice" $1.5k TV for my living room since I was entertaining guest more and previously only had the fire TV in my room. I had this tv for 2 days (didn't even get to mount it yet) before she softly nudged the tv and the whole screen instantly turned into colorful lines. I gave the TV away to someone who fixes TV's and immediately went and got the 70" Insignia Fire TV. Less than a year ago, I bought a camper cash and moved on some property to save $$ to buy a house (rent is insane here). My 70" TV has been in a metal storage container (not temp controlled - in Texas) until a week ago. To my surprise, the TV still works perfectly. Cut to current, my 32" tv moved with me and was now in an even more accessible spot for my dog to terrorize. It was doing amazing, until I messed up and left the TV on when I went to work. Without me there to yell at her, she sought out to kill the tv and that's exactly what she did. It took her physically shattering the glass to the TV and a 4ft drop to the floor, for this TV to finally die. Considering I got this TV for $80 and my dog is a menace, I am overwhelmed with appreciation of the quality and durability. I purchased a 24" replacement by mistake, thinking the previous was the same size (there's a very small space for the TV to fit). I still have the 24" and will keep it for a garage TV, but today I purchased another 32" today for $75 (tax and all, but it is on sale) - even cheaper than a few years ago. That's still insane considering the constant rise of inflation. I would also like to say, I love the Fire TV in general, even before I realized it could survive an apocalypse. I've been a customer of the Fire Stick since the launch in 2014. Once I noticed they released Fire TV's (around 2015), I started purchasing the TV's but I still have a fire stick for when I go out of town. It is very easy to navigate and there's even games and a game controller you can buy for it. I've seen comments about the remote being small and not functioning. In over a decade, I have never experienced any issues with a remote not working. I put dollar tree batteries in it and it still last for at least a year. However, I am an expert at losing remotes, even the regular sized ones, so I have lost the remote a couple times. To easily combat this, I bought a retractable remote leash for $10 on amazon (even with the additional purchase, it's still cheaper than any other smart tv). There's also an FREE app on your phone that is a fully functioning remote. It connects very easily and you don't need the remote to program your app to the TV like the majority of remote apps require. You just press the power button on the tv and it pairs almost instantly, so even if you lose the remote and haven't downloaded the app, you're still capable of pairing the app. The sound is VERY loud. I have a commercial/very loud fan next to the TV and I still keep it around 40. Very rarely do I have to turn it up past 60 and when I do, it's 100% the movie or show I'm watching, not the TV itself. For comparison, I have a 40" Roku TV in my living room (got for free) and even at 100, I can still barely hear the TV over the fan. The picture quality is amazing for the price. Of course there's higher quality out there for a higher price, but from my experience, all it takes is a Lego to hit those "high quality" screens and it's over with. This is a long review, I know, but I've never left a review for any Fire TV product in the past and thought the lengthy/positive review was long over due. All this to say, if you have kids, a crazy dog, a business, etc., anything resulting in the need for a durable TV, THIS IS IT!!!!

I recently purchased the Insignia Fire TV 32 inches for my daughter’s college dorm room, and it has been the best investment I could have made! This TV perfectly combines quality and convenience, making it an ideal fit for her small space. The setup was a breeze, and within minutes, we were streaming her favorite shows and movies. The built-in Fire TV interface is user-friendly and makes navigating through apps like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime incredibly simple. The picture quality is impressive for a 32-inch display, with vibrant colors and sharp details that make watching anything enjoyable. Audio quality is also surprisingly good, filling the room without needing additional speakers. The remote is easy to use, and having Alexa built-in adds an extra layer of convenience, allowing her to control the TV with voice commands. Overall, the Insignia Fire TV 32 inches is a fantastic addition to my daughter's dorm room. It offers great picture and sound quality while being compact enough to fit any space. I highly recommend this TV for anyone in need of a reliable and entertaining upgrade for their living area!

I was very surprised at how much I like this tv. My old tv was destroyed by a lightning strike so I needed something lightweight and easy to install. I preferred a ROKU tv but there was nothing available at my local Best Buy so I ordered this Insignia FireTv for curbside pickup. It was easy to install the legs and I got the tv up and running very quickly. This tv is also connected to an Xfinity cable box and a ROKU streaming device. My FAVORITE thing -- when I want to switch inputs between FireTv, Xfinity and ROKU, I just hit something on the corresponding remote control and it switches AUTOMATICALLY. For the price and value, this was one of my best purchases ever.

Overall pretty good. Excellent picture, good sound quality, very good price. Only complaint is the remote control module. Because It has no number buttons on it, you cannot go directly to the desired channel. Instead, it requires you to scroll the entire set of channels to get to your desired channel. It only allows you to scroll up or down and was very annoying. We solved that problem by purchasing a cheap, third party remote controller with number buttons from Amazon. The set up was easy and the new controller works well. Overall, we are satisfied with the purchase.
