Unlike other tvs ,you just turn it on ,select personal us and sign into your amazon account. I absolutely love insignia. There products are always top teir.

I have amazon prime already so no new account to set up. I had limited space this 32in was perfect. Have cable and Wi-Fi. Took me a while but got it all hooked up and set up. At first cable signal weak but was not Tv it was a cable company problem now fixed works good. Only thing is there's No closed captioning on cable channels. Only amazon prime and Netflix's has closed captioning.
