We had non-smart televisions that were between 8 and 10 years old. We also had an old Amazon Recast system that was discontinued. The price of this television is what convinced me to finally upgrade. I bought two of these televisions and a Tablo DVR system. I am happy with the purchases and glad that I finally got this upgraded. The picture on the televisions is bright and vivid. The sound is also better quality than my previous television. I also like that this new television has an ethernet port on it as I prefer wired networking whenever possible. However, I also like that the second television has a wireless connection because I am putting it in a loft space in the bedroom with no way to easily run ethernet. For approximately $75 each for a 32 inch smart tv I have absolutely no complaints. I am very happy with the value.

Good tv great picture only complant is i know its a fire tv but its hard to login into your previous subscriptions without it trying to make you subscribe to something you already have. Also the volume is a little wonky.
