I understand I’m purchasing an entry level model soI don’t put too high expectations on the product. Unfortunately even those moderate expectations have been missed. This time though I’m thoroughly happy with the purchase. Picture quality is very good and the volume is better than expected. Scrolling which was an issue on past models has been fluid so im very happy there. Perfect bedroom or gameroom TV.

Great television once it was set up

Getting the cord plugged in, and connecting to my cable system. The Best Buy website was very helpful. My son was able to see every side of the particular model I have and could help me remotely. The picture is great, great sound. This television does way more than I actually need it to do. Tons of features, streams stuff from every service.
