I was wary of getting it open box, even from Best Buy, but it's in perfect condition and works great. I've always wanted a TV in my bedroom, and this one is the perfect size.

This is the PERFECT extra TV

It is big enough to watch TV comfortably but compact enough to be portable. All of my subscription accounts were in place and it was easy to set up. The picture is fantastic and I LOVE that the remote has all of the features it is supposed to have. The regular Firestick remote lacked functionality, and this makes up for it. It works well with my AirPods Pro, too! So happy with my purchase!

I like the interface set up. Very easy to find all the functions for the tv; for antenna/cable use and for your own streaming devices. Picture quality is very good. Speakers are "sound" for a small smart tv. I am satisfied with my purchase. Pleased with the price and product. Not a first time purchaser of Insignia brand.

So far so good, in fact this new tv has been great

At first I bought a 19 inch but had to return it because the screen was cracked. I searched on line and saw this Insignia 32 inch for just 10 dollars more than the one I was returning. So I exchange the cracked one for this one and just paid the difference. It's a good thing that other one ended up being cracked otherwise I never would have gotten this one.
