This was perfect for my needs. Wanted an auxiliary screen for when it's too nice to be inside but still want to watch the game. Now can sit out on the porch with an adult beverage and enjoy the game while enjoying the nice weather. Didn't need a big screen and the 720P resolution was good enough since I'm sitting 3-4 feet away. Just downloaded the apps I needed and, since it's just outside the room where the router is, got fine reception. Replaced the two 'feet' since they were too far apart to sit on the table I wanted to use but bought a pedestal-type stand from Amazon. Have even used it as a second screen to watch 2 games at once since Verizon FiOS (and most providers at this point) have taken away PiP. Plus got it on sale and got to use a Rewards Zone certificate. Start up is a bit on the slow side but have had no issues once it's booted up and app is opened.

I got this TV for Christmas. Set up was simple. Remote easy to learn. This is my first Amazon’s Fire. I have had Roku since last June. Roku service is absolutely the worst I’ve encountered with anything that I needed help with. I sent in a e mail to the Customer non-service Dept at ROKU. They replied in November. I blasted their Oxymoronic Customer Service. Never heard from them again but who knows, they may take another 5 months. I’m really hoping this Fire TV works better, because if I ever buy another Roku, it will be too soon.

To tell the truth, I didn't like the Insignia tv. But once I got more of an understanding, especially using the different apps. I'm seeing Netflix. I plan to use YouTube soon. I really like the tv.
