Believe it or not , I bought this TV for my bathroom. I enjoy watching my favorite movies while I'm relaxing in my tub. I found the TV to have a nice clear picture although it's not 4K. It still looks good. The sound is not that loud but you can hear it. I connected a soundbar to mine, which makes it sound a lot better. I like the TV because I'm able to install third party apps. I am a movie-holic. The storage space is small, however you can install an external USB drive to increase your storage space. And doing so, you have to know how to configure it so that you can actually install the apps as internal storage. Otherwise your storage space would just be considered useless . Overall, I think the TV is very affordable and practical for what I chose to purchase the TV for. It's also very lightweight , easy to carry. I got a really good deal when I bought this TV. I am very happy with my purchase and I will purchase another unit for my office space in the near future.

Awesome looking tv. Got it for $70 on sale and threw it in my RV with an xbox one x. Games look crispy pushing 4k then downscaling to 1080p. They Run very well. The frames are solid cuz i can play online quite well. And movies look vibrant and scale well too. Sound is aight. I never use tv speakers i did pair it with the insignia 2.0 sound bar for another $30

Good TV, but black borders are an issue.

I got this at a great price during the pre-black Friday sale for $75 and change. I like the TV, but there are a couple of issues that made me drop a star. One, it's not very intuitive when it comes to scanning channels. You have to go into the settings on your fire TV for cable/antenna (just click over to that description, don't press the remote on it), and then press settings on the remote to pull up channel scan. The other issue is that you only get "full" and "native" as your options for the display size if you want to make sure your image fits the screen. Well, depending on what I'm watching and where (TV, streaming app, YouTube, etc), it'll either fit the screen or it won't. You'll get black borders around your screen even at the "full" picture setting. My old Vizio TV solved that problem by having a 16:9 zoom setting. This TV does not. Otherwise, it's not a bad TV. I think the quality is good for what I paid for it. I just wish that the black borders weren't an issue depending on what I'm watching. The image covers the screen on "full" as though it were for a 27 inch TV, instead of a 32. I wish there was a way to fix this. Also, my Amazon Prime Home screen definitely looks like the apps shrink away from the edges, so I don't know if that's normal or if there's a resolution/display issue akin to what I just mentioned. Just things to be aware of if you want to buy this TV.

Absolutely love the TV. After 7 years, I decided I needed one in front of my treadmill. I can run 2+ hours on the road and not get bored, but more than 30 minutes on the treadmill becomes a drag on days when I’m staying inside. The picture is crystal clear and I love that I can see Amazon Prime, Paramount+, Dish Anywhere, and free music videos (hadn’t watched those since the 80’s and MTV)!! It was easy to attach it to an arm mount and the setup was very simple. The only reason I am docking 1 star is for the weak speakers. I could crank it up to 95% and it still wasn’t loud enough to be clear while running. I did wind up pairing it with an Insignia soundbar. I thought about mounting the 20” underneath the TV with special Vesa extenders from Amazon, but opted for more power with the 32” that I mounted on the wall.

Very easy to set up and add my streaming apps. Only complaint would be there wasn’t enough storage to add Netflix. Had to delete another app. Decent picture quality.

    Great performing 32" 1080P television

The Insignia 32" F20 Series is a great performer and an excellent value...especially when on sale! We needed to replace a bedroom TV. Choices in 32" 1080P sets are more limited than in larger screen sizes, so I was glad to find a 32" set with the performance and features that met my needs. For broadcast TV channels, we use an antenna, not a cable box. This set performs well on those channels. While I would have preferred a remote with direct channel access (keypad), scrolling through the channels is quicker than on other sets I've tried. The on-screen channel guide also works well for channel selection. The audio is very good with either the internal speakers or my soundbar. The built-in Fire TV capability eliminates the need to purchase a separate stick.

Good TV for the price. Very user friendly - set-up was not complicated and navigating between apps, live, etc., is straightforward. There’s more than enough channels to watch for free. Downloading apps is easy to do. The 1080p picture is good quality and the sound is very good. Am very pleased that we purchased.

For years I was buying Insignia Tv they work for me plus I love the cost, the color is great easy to set up. I was very disappointed because the Glen Burnie store didn't have the 40'' inch tv all they had was the 32'' inch tv, I am Happy.

I purchased the Insignia 32" F40 Series Full HD Smart Fire TV couple of weeks ago, The 1080p picture quality is sharp and clear—colors look rich, and the details come through nicely for a TV of this size. The sound quality is also impressive thanks to DTS Virtual X, which makes movies and shows feel more immersive than I expected. Having Fire TV built-in is a huge plus. All my streaming apps (Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Disney+, etc.) are easy to access, and the Alexa voice remote makes searching and navigating simple. Just press the button and ask—it works smoothly every time. The TV itself is lightweight, making it easy to move or mount. With multiple HDMI ports, USB, optical output, and even a headphone jack, the connectivity options are more than enough for a secondary TV.
