First, as a Smart TV, none of the free apps were accessible without signing in with or creating an Amazon. When attempted there was ALWAYS a problem. Not worth my time and energy.

Not a very "smart" TV

Only Comcast helped and it continues to be a problem. I am considering returning the TV and cancelling our Geek Squad service.

Cost effective monitor.

Just follow the prompts. Yah right. No prompt to use as a monitor and I'm not a computer guy. After a fifty mile round trip it was running great. With the help of GARY in the Geek squad. Great guy! He knows what customer service is all about. He saved me 6 hours over two visits.

And the remote unpaired itself after only 2 weeks and was difficult to pair again.
