Charged twice!

The tv was 89 bucks and they put a hold on that amount twice! If i hadnt had extra in my checking acct, I would've been overdrawn!

Great TV...if you don't plan on moving it

I had a recent mishap where I tried movie the TV and pinched one side of it, causes a dent in the screen and now it's unusable. As much as I like the bezels on a TV to be slim, it also has to have a durable screen (even if it's cheap). Maybe that's Insignia's way of telling me to upgrade my tech.

Bad Remote Controll

So far the TV has worked as expected but given the very short life span of the remote, we shall wait and see. To get replaced, I have to make an appointment to bring it in. Not worth the time.

Had to return it on day 3 as the picture would freeze and the sound would go full blast playing the static sound after 20 minutes of use. Remote and button wouldn't work. Had to pull power cord. This behavior continued to repeat, so I returned it. Read the reviews - you get what you pay for...avoid Insignia as the reviewers warn.

open box-no remotes

The description said remotes included. I called customer service thinking they could send me remotes. I was told I would need to return them. Closest Best Buy was across town. I ordered them online and it was such an inconvenience. I ended up returning both.

Not good enough

Remote controls connect to all 3 TV’s so when you changed the channel or volume it affected all 3 TV’s. Additionally, down loading apps and setting up these TV’s are the worst experience. I changed brands and never looked back -

When i am FORCED to sign into prime which i dont have in order to do anything on the app, thats when i get irritated. Friend goes to sign their prime in, have to log out entire tv and log in as them. Pointless.
