    Amazing TV for the price

This is a remarkable TV for less than $100. After attaching it to the wall mount, I turned it on and prepared to spend some time adjusting the color, etc. It was perfect right out of the box! It synced with my Comcast remote easily. Streamed from Roku perfectly. Although it only has 2 HDMI inputs, that's all I need. While the picture is just 720p, it really doesn't matter on a 32" screen. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks, Best Buy.

I bought this for my shop, so I did not want to spend a lot of money. When this came on sale, I thought it was just the thing. Its package and directions say this is supposed to be a 720p, but all I can get is 480 (I think). The picture is good and so far and it has worked every time I have turned it on. For the price, it is a pretty good deal. Hanging on the wall in my shop, it is a little small. I kind of wish I had spent a little more money and purchased a larger one, however.

I must say that the setup for Insignia TVs really couldn't be easier, including just taking it out of the box (the plastic bag has handles). The default settings (color, contrast, brightness, etc.) don't need any adjustment, in my opinion. The only complaint I might have is that there seems to be a very *slight* audio delay, sometimes but not always. I can only attribute it to the TV itself because our previous TV didn't seem to have it. However, for the price, Insignia is a very good value.

I got this for $100. I just needed a cheap TV for my bedroom. This is perfect! First, the TV is extremely light, which is great if I need to move it. The picture while obviously not 4k or 1080p, is still crisp and bright at 720p. I use this with my Fire stick, they work great together. The sound isn't great, it is kind of thin, but I have a set of speakers than nullified that problem. This is definitely worth $100.

720p?? Could have fooled me. This is better than other so called 1080p TVs I've had. The picture is extremely vivid and the sound is better than expected. Are there better TVs? Sure. But you'll have to pay twice as much (at least) and I don't see the point. Just get an Amazon Fire stick and you've got a TV that can do it all, while looking great, for half the price. I got this TV because $100-120 is a great deal for the size, but this was so much better than I expected. This is one of the best values I've seen in a while.

I’ve had this TV for less than 6 months and it is now shutting down on me. For example, the TV turns on and off repeatedly (about every 10 seconds). I have done absolutely nothing but sit the tv on my dresser and it began doing this out of the blue. I’ve tried removing the batteries from the remote, restarting the tv, etc. and the issue isn’t fixed. I should not be having these problems less than 6 months after purchase.

My parents needed an upgrade from their old CRT TV and to keep up with the times. Best Buy had a sweet deal for this TV during the Holidays for $80+. Had to pick one up because Insignia is an amazing brand for TVs. I recommend 100% with Insignia. The resolution you can tinker with the brightness depending what room of the house you're in. Just up the brightness a bit and you have it made for a TV. Looks great and the sound is great !

    Poor Quality & Sound :(

I was first impressed by the cost of this TV. However, when I got the TV home, I was disappointed in the overall TV quality and sound. Rather than saying it's a total crap, I rather say, now I understand the different between a "SHARP TV" and non sharp TV. This is a non sharp TV with horrible audio that has a speak on one side that works. So, upset that I have to take this TV back. Not worth headache !I learn to, invest in a sharp TV. Thanks

This TV seems to be an inferior product. 5 days in, it has a black shadow type spot the size of a finger tip on the bottom of the screen. Right above the insignia logo. Can't seem to get help from Best Buy or the Manufacturer. Buy these cheap TV's at your own risk. Spend a little more money and get an LG or Samsung or some thing that has some manufacturer support behind it.

    disappointed by live chat help

While checking out Insignia 32" LED 720P TV on line , LIVE CHAT offers to answer product questions. Response to ," Does this TV have both a SLEEP TIMER feature and an ON TIMER feature ? was " YES " but the correct answer is " NO ". The TV itself is fine but having to purchase the unit and get it home only to find out that it's not what you asked for is extremely disappointing , especially when the wrong answer comes from the group that you would assume would have more exposure to the products they sell.

I purchased this TV for my father as a gift. He previously owned the INSIGNIA plasma in an even smaller version (19 inch, I believe) and has had that model for what seems like a decade. That smaller version has never given him problems. I thought it would be perfect to upgrade him and so far he loves it. We watched a few shows together and the sounds is great, picture quality is great, so far so good! For the price of this TV, it doesn't get any better!

After buying two new 32 inch TVs from Ebay sellers and not getting either one I finally wised up and went to my trusted retailer Best Buy! I got my TV at a lower price and it arrived via On Trac quickly! The item was as described and the specifications were accurate. I got what I paid for and am satisfied! I had to pay the goofy California recycle fee but I was not disappointed. No drop shipping nightmares here folks.

NOTE: This is review of the product, NOT the service Best Buy provided. Purchased this on black Friday for my 13 year old as a Xmas present. Easy set up, great picture for the price. Day 2 no volume. Tested both HDMI ports, reset tv to original settings, ran audio test and nothing. On a positive note, BestBuy exchanged it no problem at all. We upgraded to an LG and are extremely happy with both the new TV and the no hassle exchange from the team at Best Buy.

Really wanted to like the TV, has excellent reviews and I have owned a 19inch insignia and it has been a great TV. However, not so with this one, plugged it in, set it up then watched about an hour, was perfect then next morning turned it on and within about hour it development a yellow line down the left side and has flicker and double image. Can't believe this happens. From what I have determined through website the panel has failed. Will be taking it back.

Looking for a quality product for our master guest room and we already had an Insignia in the wife’s woman cave (much to her delight). We felt it was a great fit there so we got another one. The only difference is we opted out of getting the Insignia smart tv and picked up this one. The quality is right on and delivers when it’s turned on. I’ll probably end up getting a third and bigger one for the garage. And I’m a Samsung guy too!

I purchased this tv on the fly. It was inexpensive and is currently servicing its purpose. I have recently moved and my items had not arrived yet and watching the wall got boring. So drive by Best Buy, purchased this tv and it was easy to set up. The down side is that the remote is bulky and a little cumbersome, it doesnt light up either, so you are guessing the numbers/information in the dark. Again, this is a great 2nd room tv.

Picture quality is very good, the sound is fine, despite what some of the other reviews have said (I do have it in a relatively small room, so maybe that's why it's not an issue). My only complaint - unless I'm losing it, I don't see an on/off button on the TV itself. The only way to do anything, including turning it on, is with the remote, so hopefully the remote doesn't go bad like it did with the small Insignia TV we have in our kitchen,

Was looking for a tv that was a little bigger then the one we had hanging in our bedroom. Saw the Insignia and the size and price were just right. Super easy to setup straight out of the box and it fit the wall bracket we had up from the old TV perfectly. Great picture and sound quality too. If you're looking for a great little TV for a small room this one definitely fits the bill.

The TV works well, nice big picture and my issues might be caused by a tv antenna that got a part of it hit by branches and fell off. I only get 2 channels but when I go to another channel it'll say, on the remote press INPUT then the item you want to watch it on and I press TV and nothing happens but again, it could be the antenna issues. We're still happy with what we get to watch and it's a nice sharp picture but because we're snowbirds I don't want to pay for cable.

Pretty decent tv for my bedroom. If I could go back I would probably get a slightly larger one, but for it’s size the 720p looks good. Biggest downside is the sound isn’t very great, but for the money it’s been a good tv. The thing I hate most is the volume on the control. You have to hit the +/- on the remote to bring the volume up, and then hit it again to actually adjust the volume - pretty silly and annoying
