    I recently bought this product from best buy, and the first problem I had was a visible white line and I took it back and got a new one. Now the problem with my new one is that the audio out jack DOES actually work but only through ONE external speaker/headphone (the audio jack on the side). I'm not sure whether both of my internal speakers are messed up, but only the audio out jack can't output sound through two external speakers/headphones/earbuds from the 3.5mm jack. I tried switching a bunch of different settings for audio and it didn't work for my HDMI device, and I'm sure my headphones/speakers work since I always use them from the back of my PC itself. Other than that it's an alright TV, works perfectly as a PC monitor, however, audio out needs to be fixed...
