    Only a few stations come in. The TV is in the wall. I don't have a box.

    Ok, while it lasted. Burned out in under 6 mos. Even with protection plan, they would not swap out/ OR GIVE LOANER UNIT without trying to fix first. A $125 tv?..Went A month without a tv with children...brutal!...All to say what was already obvious. COST TOO MUCH TO REPAIR.

    Purchased this tv based on the reviews and regretted it within a day. The remote stoped working completely, put new batteries in and still nothing. I will be returning it for a NAME BRAND tv that is quality instead of this junk. The tech support number was no help at all and wanted to open a ticket and send me a replacement remote. If this is the Best Buy brand, this says quite a bit about the direction they are going.

    Screen was broke upon opening

    The TV was bought as a graduation gift for my niece. Upon opening the box she discovered the screen was cracked. Since I purchased it in February the time to return it had expired. So we’re left with a TV that cannot be used or retuned.
