    Reviews were really good for this TV so I figured I'd buy one. Purchased it on Sept 28th, unboxed it on Sept 29th, plugged it in and it was frozen on one of the initial set-up screens. Returned it for an exchange, no problem. Set that TV up, everything went fine. About 3 weeks ago (TV is less than 6 months old) I started having audio issues. I turn the TV on and have no audio. After scrolling through different inputs the audio will eventually come back on. Sometimes it's quick, other times it takes 20 minutes. I'm assuming it will eventually lose audio all together. I don't think it's too much to ask to get a few years (minimal use) out of a TV this price.

    The guy who came out to help me was extremely rude and argued with me about my purchase. I told him i was there to pick up my order a 32in tv. He came back out arguing with me that he didn't see a 40in tv. I told him numerous times that it was a 32in. After 15 minutes of wasting my time he comes out with a 32in tv saying he didn't see a 40in. I just left it alone due to him not understanding the first 5 times I told him. From now on I will have all orders shipped to my house.

    Very Slow to Turn on, Don't Buy

    I've timed it, it takes 12 seconds for screen to turn on. I don't recommend unless you are going to use as a computer screen and even then, hesitant. After only 2 months into use the sound will come and go and in the middle of something I may be watching I'll hear a loud crackling sound that made me jump out of my seat. When it's on for a while a very loud crackling sound will happen, the only way to fix is turn off and let it cool. The graphics aren't great either. Spend a little more and save yourself a headache. I do not recommend this brand.

    I purchased this television for my son but didn’t care for the quality of this television which was dissatisfying. However, the television works just fine!

    Not a very good tv. Guess you get what you pay for but honestly had better for this price. Speakers sound like tin cans and picture quality not that good.

    This TV don't have a great picture. It want pick up no more the 2 channels. I do live out in the country but my last tv picked up over 20 channels in same place and with same antenna.

I must say that TVs usually wither find channels or they don't, and so, I would suggest that you try placing the antenna in an open space (specially if it is an indoor antenna), like next to a window.     This TV was working well, but after moving it into another room, apparently something cracked on the interior part of the TV and it's now stuck with a bunch of lines and a cracked looking spot on one part of the screen. This is a cheaply made tv. Spend a few more bucks and buy something quality. This is our first and last Insignia purchase.

    Good TV for the kids. Not appropriate to use as a tv monitor. Assembly is easy but the support legs don’t fit snuggly so it’s a little unstable

    The Television has been blurry and snowy since it was purchased. Could not get it returned to the store within the return policy time frame due to the tv being in my child's possession while he's away at college. We haven't been able to program it! It will not allow you to change the input device...Nothing is working...In the process now, trying to locate the procedure to have it repaired or replaced under the Manufacturer Warranty.

    Images are too dark, don't have converter (nobody in store was able to answer me this), menu seems like something from the 1990's.

    Bought tv 3/5. Turned tv on yesterday and it’s not working. Have left messages at my local Best Buy to assist me with no call back. I have insurance and can not figure out if I’m supposed to switch it out from Best Buy or from the warranty company. Can not retrieved my previous email of who the warranty with.

    Granted, I picked up the out of box version but....honestly this hasn't been the best choice. I bought it to use as a computer monitor. The sound has always been an issue and even I tried to watch movies on it, I couldn't. Two days ago the color started to go out. So it flutters between blue and color all day. Super frustrating. Won't get another one of these.

    Picked up TV on May 8th 2020. Quit working in September 2020. Had purchased 2 year protection plan. Best Buy said TV had to be sent off to be fixed and we would be out if a TV for at least a 2 week turnaround time. Had 2 TVs from Best Buy go out the same day. The other one was a 58" Westinghouse Roku Smart TV. We had only had it a month.
