    I tried everything and the picture just looks bad UNLESS you sit straight in front of it..Best Buy states..Enjoy the picture from multiple angles, NOT true! From multiple angles it is washed out BAD...This tv has good reviews so maybe I just got a bad one but with that said I will not buy again and will be taking this back

    It's cheaply made and five hours after arriving home and getting frustrated with INSIGNIA customer service over the lack of a current installation manual I received an email from Best Buy that read "STOP! Read this before attempting to install your unit". It was a link to the proper updated user manual for my new unit.

    We only used this T.V. a handful of times and the screen blacked out on us. The T.V. still has sound, but not picture. I was very disappointed, especially since we have another insignia that we love.

    If I could give it no stars, I would! This television does not work with Firestick. This was the whole purpose of not buying a smart tv. It was purchased for my children. With a smart tv they are able to push buttons and order things. If I could return these teo televisions I definitely would.

We understand how important it is for you to keep the features of a smart TV out of the reach of children, so this is definitely a great alternative to use with a Fire-stick. It is important to mention that this model is definitely compatible with Roku and Fire sticks. If you are experiencing any inconvenience, please contact our tea so that we can guide you through the set up. As an alternative, though it is a smart TV, we have our Fire TV's with the fire stick software built in, however a useful feature is the parental controls. If you set this up you will be asked to input a code prior to making purchases. Regardless, we do want to invite you to contact our team so we can get you set up.     I would like to rate it, but it has been listed as delayed for 10 months and I can’t get a refund as I am stuck in limbo between Best Buy, the shipping company and my bank. Very frustrating!!

    I need to return this TV because it just starting to lose the picture and turn black screen. I’m really disappointed because I do like Insignia TVs. This is the first TV that loss the video.

    This TV just recently died. It was just over one year old. Would not power on using remote or on TV power button. Guess I should have got the extended warranty.

    Total worse deal than the equivalent size of the brand TCL. The picture does not even begin to compare. This is a CHEAP TV, and you get what you pay for...

    I purchased this TV on May 11, 2020 and the screen went black on June 20, 2020. I guess I'm stuck with it because the return window has closed.

    sound quality is poor connected sound bar to tv and it did not help came to conclusion that the sound on the actual tv is not good at all …. picture is okay
