good quality from a best buy not a smarts tv but i didn't need it to be I made it smart and it does the job gaming screen for the kids doing the job colors and sound are when flat screens all began so no expectations there.

Got this for my son. He was previously using a 17 inch monitor for his xbox so this was an upgrade. After watching a 4k tv, it's hard to rate a 720p tv because I would nitpick. My son loves though so I love it too.

This was a deal of the day so it was a great price. We bought it so the kids could play their switch on it. After thinking it over we decided we really didn’t need it and returned it. Never opened the box.

bought this insignia after bought another one about a few weeks earlier since replaced two older TV's about 15 years used that still functioned very well. " waste not want not".. Used BestBuy credit card for purchase.

I like the Tv insignia I purchased. It was very affordable. It came wut plenty instructions. & People to assist me if needed. Delivery was fast! I enjoyed my experience with Best Buy online purchasing.

This TV made my Goddaughter so happy no more sharing a TV with her sister. Perfect TV, perfect size for a perfect little girl!! I would not have been able to do it so soon without Bestbuy deal of the day!!

The resolution is not that great from two feet away but once you get 6 feet away you can’t notice that its 720p. I’m 100% satisfied with it knowing that its the cheapest TV that I was able to find.

I wanted a tv to show photos at a family reunion. At first I was disappointed because I couldn't get the flash drive to work. The tv would show photos but not the video I had prepared. I hooked up my computer to the tv. Everything worked great. My show was a success!

This does everything a cheap tv should do. I watch it from around 14-feet and it’s still easy to see. The sound isn’t bad, pretty much what one might expect from an inexpensive flat screen. If you’re on a budget, I’d say go for it.

Purchased this T.V recently because I wanted to give Insignia an opportunity given that it's owned by Best Buy. The product is lightweight and picture quality is what you get your money for. The installation was easy, and the only issue I have is the wonky leg supports. You will find that the screws they provide will have a lot of give, causing the T.V to always tilt forward at an unpleasant viewing angle. I am reviewing this as a one-star because of how poorly Best Buy handled my situation. The T.V is a bargain at its price point, but it came with so many complications that is still to be resolved. I had ordered this T.V for curbside pickup. When I went to pick it up at the curb, I was instructed by the Best Buy agent to cancel my online order and that he would ring me up at the storefront. I proceeded as instructed. When I went home, I realized I was double charged. I waited a few business days because maybe the cancellation was not yet processed. Business days later, I find that its still on my statement. I am so confused by this process because under Best Buy's policies, purchases are fulfilled when the transaction is made. How am I double charged when I only have 1 T.V on hand? I called the customer service number and tried the best I could with the automated machine. I was then queued for a 50-minute wait. This is understandable given that we are in a pandemic. 50 or so minutes later, I was explaining to the agent my problem and was then transferred to the 'T.V department.' Queued for another hour, I finally reach a representative that could possibly help me? I will be keeping this agent's name anonymous. I explained my situation to her and she responded to me, "they shouldn't have done this, it's more complicated than it needs to be, but don't worry I will fix this for you." Because it wasn't under her jurisdiction, she put me on hold so that she can contact the appropriate person. She assured me that there is nothing I have to do on my end and this matter will be resolved by the end of this week ... That was four hours of my time wasted because of faulty curbside instructions. I am very understanding that curbside procedures may not be fully efficient and smooth given the short amount of period Best Buy is given to adapt. However, the problem has now extended to poor customer service because I am bombarded with so many complications. I received an email for a return. I also received another email that is stating, "Out for pickup." To my confusion, I dismissed this email because the agent had told me that there is nothing needed to be done on my end. I received a call yesterday from the delivery person and was confused why they're delivering a T.V. I explained to her my situation and she said "okay." Fast forward to the next day, I received another call. This was from the delivery man who is here to pick up the T.V. I am so confused because I don't have an extra T.V to return and also wasn't this information communicated when the first person tried calling me? I tried explaining to him the situation. Worst of all, he still rang the doorbell. This ruckus is so unnecessary. My father has been working non-stop to support my family in this pandemic and yesterday he worked from 3:30 p.m and got home at 5:30 a.m to get some restful sleep. Instead, he is abruptly woken and had to also deal with this situation. My parents are fuming and because of the language barrier they don't understand why it isn't my fault. I tried handling this situation with things that I can control... which are what the agents have instructed me to do. This is so dissapointing and frustrating. Really ruined my family's morning. I don't know how else to approach this situation. I don't know which platform to use to resolve my situation. I have not only wasted my family's energy, my energy, but also time. This situation is still not resolved. At this point it's not even worth the money back. This is about responsibility and principle. This whole process is so irritating ... so much so that I can not look at this T.V the same. Ever.

I like shopping with best buy. I have shopping with best buy for years. I think the covid 19 virus have made shopping more easier. The price is right, it has shopping more simpler for me.

Best Buy pricing on these televisions is out of synch with other televisions. This TV is priced around $89 on sale, but smart TV 1080p 40" was $129. 4K televisions are put on sale for low $300 range. This TV has good quality, sufficient HDMI and USB port.

It's a good TV. Nothing special. Not bad either. It's 720p, while the actual resolution is 1360x768. Computers can put out that resolution while consoles and DVD players seem to default to 720p. This means that while a computer will look really good hooked up to it, consoles like the Xbox One or PS4 will look more like consoles from the previous generation. It's not a smart TV at all - which is good because it doesn't force you to connect it to the Internet to use it at all, but bad because it's not super configurable. It also has fewer input options than I'd really like. It's a good purchase for the price... but I wouldn't buy another one unless I couldn't afford something better.

Got this LED TV basic. I did not want any smart TV software on the TV. I used it as a monitor for my computer. This TV works great and a great value just what I wanted. Thanks guys

Again Best Buy produces great items. However, this was returned by a customer and when I purchased it, parts were missing. However, Best Buy took cafe of the issue. Thank you.

You get what you pay for, but most of the time this works as it needs to. I bought for someone else who didn't need anything fancy and only watches network TV. There have not been any problems and I can't complain with a price under $100.

This TV was pretty good but it was smaller than what I thought so I had to trade it in for another one

I got this tv for my mother-in-law in Christmas. She is very happy with the TV. Picture quality good. They have voice sound for any command like what is the number of volumes or channel number.

This product was bought in the store and set up at home by my son who was able to connect the services to the television. This television provides excellent services.

With the prices on these tvs , there's just no excuse for having an old box tv in your room anymore these are bright and the speakers are decent for the size
