I purchased this as a gift for someone. They are enjoying it with no complaints.

First off, lemme preface this rant by saying that I have nothing but the utmost respect for Michael, who I think is the manager but not sure. So I was looking at TVs to replace an LG that had been damaged due to a controller being thrown at it, and I was looking at this Vizio open box but then saw an Insignia model, which was cheaper and plus my work place has them and the picture is great. And it worked amazing......for like the first two months and then it just straight up died. Looking back on it, I might have been better off spending a few more $$$ on the Vizio model, but at the very least, now ik what brand im not buying again. Be warned: cheaper doesn't necessarily mean better. Sometimes it's worth spending a little extra on something that will last. That being said, im currently saving up for a Vizio or LG smart TV for a proper gaming experience.

The Clarity on this TV is great I will get all my electronics from Best Buy and never again from Walmart

While it’s simple and nothing special, it gets the job done and we’re satisfied with our purchase.

Very inexpensive if you are looking for something cheap, not a smart tv though. That’s the only thing I didn’t like but other than that it’s ok.

Good tv the quality of screen is a little low but that’s what you get at such a low price!!

We purchased this for my husband's mother as she doesn't shop online. The price was great with easy store pick-up. TV worked fine for a short time and then she started having problems. Best Buy referred her to the cable company and we are still trying to get the TV working for her. We don't yet know what the problem is, so it's difficult to give an accurate rating, but our overall experience so far is only 3 stars at best. Hoping to get it to work for her.

For a $90, 3rd viewing option tv in the basement, it serves its purpose. For your #1 option tv, not so much.

I wanted a non-smart TV. Was so glad Best Buy had one and one of my favorite brands. Knowledgable staff.

I couldn't beat the price on this unit and overall its size and image crispness, number of inputs, etc is great. But..... maybe I got a lemon... the color is terrible. I have it connected to an AppleTV which drove a great picture (color and clarity) to the Dynex 1080P 24" it replaced. So again, it's ok if it's deeply discounted and being used as a secondary TV. Otherwise... spend a bit more and just get a 1080P unit from a name brand manufacturer.

If you don't need 4k this tv will fill your needs. great picture, great size and super great price.
