Adequate TV but Best Buy staff need training

Also Best Buy needs to train staff on product - the so-called store expert argued with me that TV's are unable to receive System M NTSC RF signals any more - clearly he was wrong.

Great Product Great Staff at Walnut St. Cary

The sales staff was most important at instruction and meeting our needs. Andre at the Walnut Street Cary Location was great! We do not want any "Smart" products in our house.

Picture quality not bad for an inexpensive TV. The last smart TV we had was a big pain all the time, got stuck in the enternet settings and that was the end of it. This TV no problems at all
