Charging is pretty fast with USB c. The plug design is not the best because it kept coming off the wall plug. Because of the big size, the charger may not fit if you have a bed or other furniture close to the walls. Good return of investment.

The plug includes the two sizes that are currently being used for electronics. This reduces the amount of plugs that we need to keep on hand and we don't have to worry whether or not we have the correct plug when we pick them up for use.

At the time I bought it I was on the road 2,000 plus miles from my home, and only had an existing USB-C cable. So, all I got was 12W to use till I got home. Would like to see a smart charger prioritizing 20W to whatever connection on the charger is use, and the 12W automatically switch to the other connection. It's a good charger you see, just my idealistic thinking needs a bit more. Who knows, food for thought for Best Buy?
