Works great - removes a about a pint of water per day. Very quiet. I can feel the difference in the air in my basement after only one week

Although we haven't had this item very long, it seems to work correctly and will help with the moisture in our basement room.

This is a very nice dehumidifier. It is very quiet and easy to use. We replace our other dehumidifier because the water drawer was so hard to get out to empty. This is very easy. Looks nice in the room and makes very little noise. Very happy with my purchase

I have purchased a few dehumidifiers in the past few years. None of them seem to last very long. This purchase was made hastily as it was needed immediately so I qualify this review with the knowledge that this unit may not have a large enough capacity for the room in which it was purchased. It was added as a second home dehumidifier as my ductwork was all sweating and dripping in the section of my basement near where the AC. It dripped into my clothes drying causing the electrical and sensors to fail. I replaced the dryer and wanted to protect it. I have lived in my house for 25 years and never had this issue before. (Probably will need to replace the AC unit soon) The dehumidifier does its job but the bucket needed to be emptied multiple times a day which made it run continuously when the bucket wasn’t full and stop when no one was around to empty it which defeated it’s purpose. The bucket was hard to replace after emptying which is something I have found with this brand. I eventually purchased a hose and now run the water directly into my sump which has made it work well and shut off when the humidity reaches the settings. It’s a good unit for the price and may have gotten a higher rating if I had time to find a more appropriate size unit for that room and situation. I do feel that removing and replacing the bucket should be easier as I have found it to be with other brands.

Easy to set up, use and clean. Great investment to make excess moisture in our basement a thing of the past. Lower moisture also helped take the chill out of the air.

I was looking for a dehumidifier for my basement and when I saw this on Best Buy deal of the day I bought it right away. It arrived as promised. The box was little damaged from outside but the dehumidifier was OK. I unpacked it and plugged it in after reading the instructions however ran into trouble when I tried to adjust the humidity level. Almost called Best Buy for a return thinking it was damaged. However, I accidentally figured out that you cannot change the humidity if the comfort or continuous setting it turned on the dehumidifier. I think the instructions need to be clear about it. Besides that it is easy to operate. You may need to empty out the container twice a day.

I was looking for a dehumidifier to remove moisture in the basement. I found this on the Best Buy website. It was a good price and available for quick pickup. I found it very easy to set up. I like the adjustable settings.

Works as expected and takes a lot of water out of the air. We have it in a bathroom that does not have an exhaust fan. It’s amazing how often we have to empty the reservoir because it’s full of water.

This is amazing! I got this due to living in a basement and mold was building up, I’ve had it for years still runs amazing! It’s a little hard to clean but other then that I recommend.

I used to have a Haier dehumidifier and that lasted from 2016 to 2023 till it made a diesal truck sound daily. I tried to order a new Haier from a big box store, but the delivery date was two months away. I tried Best Buy and found this unit. It is super attractive and easy to use. Directions are good and the packaging is brilliant. You cut the strap and the box lifts off the unit! It is very quiet and works great. Price is wonderful. Great job Best Buy.

This machine delivers like no other. Living in Florida, I need to decrease the humidity in my home! I live the ability to set the time that the machine stops. Also, it can be set to stop at the desired humidity level that you wish! GREAT for the price!

I love everything about this dehumidifier. It is digital so I know what the humidity level is in the house. Easy to empty the water, quiet, on wheels. I ordered one day and it arrived just a couple of days later. I’m so glad I bought this.
