It works great and does a good job to make sure that my room is cold. The installation was pretty easy and it is super easy to move around.

Easy to install and use. It is loud, but it’s just as loud as a window air conditioner. It’s heavy, struggled a little to get it out of the box, but it rolls around just fine. I live in a one-bedroom apt. and installed it in the living room and it cools off the whole apartment. I have had no issues and am happy with my purchase.

Works well to cool a kitchen/family room area that is roughly the recommended size when below low 90s F. Starts to struggle a bit above that, if you want to keep the space it's cooling in the mid-70s. Have not needed to drain it, and has been in use nonstop for a month. Only maintenance has been to clean the dust off the filter on a weekly/bi-weekly basis. Cycles fan/AC on and off without issue once desired temperature is reached. Can be noisy when fan is set to high, but tolerable/mildly annoying when fan is set to low. Somewhat heavy if you have to lift it, but easy enough to roll it around on the wheels that are installed on it. Window kit is flexible for size, and easy to install. Overall, a pretty good purchase for dealing with the summer heat.

Good portable AC unit and it is easy to use. Too small for a 20x20 room. Cools and it loud at full blast.

This was a wonderful purchase worked very very very well. Outstanding. I did have to return it only because it was against some rules of where I am living. I would and will recommend and buy one of these down the road. How ever the only down side to this unit is it takes up space within the room as it’s not a wall or window unit but it works flawlessly and the ability to move aim and shift it in almost any direction is a plus to have it.

This is a great portable A/C unit! It cools a decent sized space, and keeps it cool if you use the “follow me” feature. Always pumps out ice cold air, is easy to install and use, and is overall an appliance that does its job very well. The only downside for me is that it’s a tad bit noisy when the compressor kicks on, but being an entry-level unit it’s an acceptable noise level. The remote is easy to use, convenient, and acts as a thermostat in follow me mode, so the room stays a good temperature if you leave the remote in the warmest part. Overall, if you’re looking for an AC with great value for money and performance, you’d be hard pressed to find a better buy.

I bought this to replace an old window unit. I love that it is on wheels as it makes for easy moving/storing. Installation was pretty easy, aside from a little confusion with the foam insulation pieces. Installation took about 30 minutes. The exhaust vent sits flush against the window piece when manipulated correctly but I did reinforced with clear weatherproofing tape. This AC is no louder than my old window unit and it cools my living room in about 10 minutes. I love that it has a remote with the same options as the buttons on the actual unit. The follow me option on the remote is a great way to keep the room cool as well. I actually loved this unit so much I ended up replacing the window unit in my bedroom with 250sq ft unit as well

Powerful, quiet, remote control, all kinds of cool features. I really like the internal condensation collection set-up. We ran it all summer & only had to empty once. The intake fit our weird sized window with slightest modification. My only issue is she is fairly heavy. She moves easily around on flat surface, but going up & down floors-I needed my fiance to do that. But for the price, it was all I needed & wanted in a portable AC unit! Easy to clean & cost efficient to run. High-quality & durable. Would definitely buy this brand again.

This thing pumps out the cold and the remote is very handy. It compliments our main AC and makes the bedroom chilly like a hotel room! Its also real handy when the apartment AC goes out. The reason for 4 stars is the adhesive insulation strips it comes with just fall apart, leaving a rented apartments window looking really gross. You may want to find another solution

This air conditioner is very effective (especially for a portable unit). I have another unit that costs around $200 more and this unit outperforms it. The simplicity of it makes it easy to use, and it only took me 10 minutes to set up. The only downside is that it is a bit louder than anticipated and the "sleep" mode doesn't seem to help with how loud it is, if it is on high and cranking away.

Overall it’s a pretty good portable ac. We got it for our living space area since we spend most of our time there and liked how these are so easy to move around to a different area. Wished it cooled our living space area better but our space is a little bigger then the recommended cooling sqft which is mostly noticeable when we reache mid 80s or higher. When we move it to our room , it cools the room pretty fast since our room is smaller. Overall I do recommend this unit , it’s easy to set up, use and move around.

Easy curbside pickup, quick setup and functional product that does what it says it does (priceless!). Life has been a cool breeze ever since purchasing this at my local Best Buy! Wow, so impressed! The room I use this product in was once the hottest room of the house. It’s now the coldest, most comfortable room. Except, other members of the fam took a look-see and made the same purchase as me for their rooms. We have total of three of these machines running in the house. All I can say is please consider this product as it may change your life! Be sure to stand this machine upright for 4-5 hours (with no power) after transporting it back to the casa de fuego! Otherwise, you’ll find yourself in a not-so desirable situation! Side note: This is heavy! So please lift with thy knees if you’re transporting the machine upstairs, OR just ask a friend or family member for assistance! And yes, this is a real review! Take it or leave it for what it is...just do your research to ensure this product is right for your budget and needs!

Works exactly as intended! On the East Coast and the humidity is insane, this has done wonders to take the stress off of our HVAC system and keep the humidity under control. As an air conditioner it does well in keeping our living room/dining room cool, along with some additional fans to circulate the cool air it actually keeps the whole 1,000 sq. ft top level of our split level home nice and cool during the summer.

Bought this at the first hot wave of this spring/summer. Was skeptical a little, due to some of the reviews. However, i am finding it works very well. The noise, yes its there, but it is no worse than a window air conditioner and has way more functionality. Thinking of purchasing an additioal smaller one for a different section of the house. The only reason i am not giving 5 stars, is the using of the remote does not appear to work as designed. Still working on that myself to see if its something I am doing.

This is a very capable air conditioner. We tried it out for a couple of weeks and had no issues with how it cooled our space. Our only issues were the weight and how loud the unit is when it is running. I would say imagine the loudest box fan you have ever heard and that will be a pretty accurate comparison.

Got this when it was on a daily deal special for $299. Very Happy with it. Its in a fairly big room (20x20), which is also open to the rest of the house, so it can't get the temp all the way down, but it really helps. It also pulls a lot of the humidity out of the air. As a result it generates a lot of water. I expect that it would fill the internal resevoir quickly. I built a little platform for it (a nightstand would also be about the right size), and attached a clear plastic hose to the lower outlet, that drains into a 5 gallon bucket. ( I used a 5/8" ID hose I got from Lowes and a small hose clamp) Some reviews have saidit is noisy, but I find its about the same as any window ac unit...not a problem. Just bought a second one (deal of the day again) for a finished basement. Also like the idea that when cooling season is over, I can use the "dry" setting to use it as a dehumidifier as the basement is humid.

It’s pretty good, a little bit noisy but it gets the job done in a small room. The exhaust is a bit short though, my window is up high so I have to put it on a box to reach, and there’s no locks on the rollers so I have to avoid bumping it or it rolls easily.

Installing the unit was not hard for me. The parts were easy to put up together following the instructions that came with the unit. We used it for 3 days during the heat wave and it cooled easily our room after few minutes we turned it on. Noise it produce can be a little bit disturbing just like any other window units but in my opinion, i’d rather tolerate the noise than the heat. This portable ac really servef the purpose that we needed to get a comfortable sleep during the hot weather that we had last month in NY. I’m glad I bought this brand, hoping i can use it in the next summers to come.
