Love my FireTV! I have not experienced any problems at all with this purchase since I bought it! It was extremely easy to set-up and I really like the angled feet on the stand! Great purchase!

Im very please with the 39” Smart TV. Picture is fantastic but with Direct TV you have to use both remotes to turn the tv on each time. Although it offers many options to do so much.

Pleased with this purchase I bought for my church’s bible studies. Easy to stream apps and movies.

Bought it for my 9yr old to play her Switch on. That was the sole purpose of the purchase and it's been great. Picture quality is very good.

Most TVs I buy from this BestBuy location tends to blow out within a year to two years of Purchase normally just after the warranty expires. I pray this one doesn’t do that.

Insigna Monitor has been mostly on and in use for over a year now. No issues and display quality is most acceptable for a work and photo processing monitor.

First-let me be clear-I AM NOT A CORD CUTTER. But this type of TV is great for if I get to the point of moving in that direction. So I have always been of the opinion that there are plenty of lesser brands that are able and willing to make quality products and not charge a premium for the 'status' of owning their name. Insignia is one of those brands. This now makes 4 Insignia TV's in our house and each one has been great to us. The picture is great. Make no mistake. Maybe it is not the same as a Samsung that is triple the price, but the differences are minimal and for watching in my bedroom-they might as well be non-existent. People will complain about the 'blacks are not deep enough' and other things to that effect, but for my money-these can't be beat. Bright, colorful picture and realistic looking images are more than enough for 90%+ of the population out there. I love that the built apps in as I am an avid Amazon person and we use Netflix like it is going out of style. The setup was pretty easy, got connected to my home WiFi and to my Amazon Prime account with little to no hassle. Signed into Netflix, got my DirecTV box connected and away we went. Honestly the only complaint I really have is the remote. It is about as practical as a cup with a hole in the bottom. Truth be told, if I didn't still watch actual TV maybe it would be better, but I can't image that it would be much better. I know this is the remote for ALL Amazon devices (we have 2 Fire Sticks too) but it really needs a little more to it to navigate. My biggest (first world problem) with it is that I often go to sleep to the TV, so I set the sleep timer. It is a LONG way out to the sleep timer if you are watching TV then back to where you were. Just an annoyance. Something that could jump you to the settings might be useful. Virtually every TV made in the last 20 years had a 'Sleep Timer' built right into the remote, thus I could usually do that without any interruption to what I was watching. I really love this TV as it relates to performing its' primary function of viewing shows/movies, etc. I just wish the remote was more functional. But I would still recommend this TV to anyone. Nearly 40" smart TV for under $200 is a no-brainer.

Great price . Picture is pretty good for the price. Super light weight which makes it much easier to hang by yourself. TV features bluetooth for speakers which is cool . Easy to navigate through content and switch from cable to Apps . Only complaint is I wish the remote had a direct sleep button. Its a pain to exit your program and go to settings just to switch on the sleep function .

In total I have purchased 4 of these over the last couple of months, 3 branded as Toshiba and this one branded Insignia. They are the exact same, obviously made by same manufacturer to same specs. One 43 inch I had no issues. The 32 I bought twice. Returned the first, broke the screen on the second trying to get it to not do the same issue as the first and finally bought this Insignia 39 inch. To a degree they all have the same problem. As you are watching over the air broadcast the unit leaves the station and returns to the schedule. First unit did it a lot, second less but still annoying plus on this one the optical connection was not functional. With this most recent unit it has only once jumped off the station so far. We will see. If you get a good one you will love this tv. Easy set-up and the integration with Fire tv is perfect. Great picture, OK sound on the 43 and 39 inch. Got a sound bar for the 32. I did also add a sound bar on the 39 but only because I had it, you could do without. You might miss numbers on your remote but that is the trend these days.p and you will get used to it. Why did I keep trying the same tv? When it works right it’s awesome, and you cannot beat the price. I like my fire tv’s better than my $3,000.00 setup in my family room.

This was an upgrade to a smart T.V.. Previously we had computer hooked up, to the old T.V. and the cords and hassle of changing over from broadcast to internet became too much. Other than the learning curve of the "new" technology(adding apps, clearing cashes, etc), this T.V. was very easy to set up. The picture is good, the speakers are good, and ease of operation is good -ish. Really the only thing I am not thrilled with is the remote situation. Once we are on cable (HDMI) we have to use the old remote to change channels, but the volume is still controlled by the T.V.'s remote.

Insignia is probably the best brand for this type of product when considering value compared to cost. At the time I purchased, it was selling for about $200, which is plenty cheap enough to justify the purchase. I'll try not to make this a review of Fire TV, but, suffice to say, Fire TV is definitely the best remote based solution for smart TVs. The interface is clean, functional, and pleasant to use, and the Alexa remote might seem like a bit of a gimmick at first, but make no mistake, the search and command functions are fairly robust, and the voice recognition is surprisingly solid. Not to mention there are a number of little quality of life features with Amazon Video in particular that are very impressive in this format. You want to know what the name of that actor is, maybe some more movies they've been in? You can see it in the pause menu. Really good stuff. The TV itself is also pretty strong as a contender. The size is 39" and 1080p, which is pretty standard, but not a given for the price point, with the picture being clear and colors being surprisingly competent. There are a number of display options. I would suggest using the "Natural" preset and turning contrast and backlight on high. While the image processing features are nice to have, they're not exactly great, and they tend to get in the way more than not, at least for digital content where the process is wholly unnecessary. For analog content, noise reduction might come in handy. There are of course options to adjust colors and what not as you see fit. An adequate number of ports and connections, at 3 HDMI's with an AUX jack or an Optical for speakers. The 3 HDMI's might be a deal breaker for you depending on how many devices you have, but considering that this is a smart TV, it'll likely free up at least some space on the back panel by virtue of that alone. Only real criticism is some slight and occasional issues with the software. It's pretty clear that the processor in the TV isn't the best, scrolling through menus isn't perfectly smooth or anything, but the key is that it is comfortably functional, and its certainly not choppy enough to warrant any serious criticism. The last thing might not be a common problem, but I noticed that, within a few weeks of purchase, the audio had randomly started to fall out of sync with the picture. After a restart (not a factory reset, just a full restart), the issue was resolved, and it hasn't happened sense. So, even if it is a persistent issue, it seems to be an easily resolved one. I would give it a 4.5, but I can't. It's a great TV if you want to pick up a solid Medium-Large size TV for a small living room or bedroom

Super easy to setup and the picture is great quality. Love that all my apps I utilize and watch are available with the fire tv feature. Best bang for your buck!
