Finally, able to upgrade the software, but it took 2 hours. The TV and remote constantly lags or does not reply. Amazon Fire interface and menus are confusing. Also difficult to setup and work with cable tv signal and change input. Returned for refund, and paid more for a TCL Roku tv. So much better. Literally setup the new TV in 15 minutes.
