I tried it at several places. When hooked up three different tvs, they all kept the wifi. Also had so.e trouble with the remote. Again, check other TVs and they workrd fine with their respective remotes. I missed my return date due to being on two trips in a row. It will be hard for me to purchase an insignia product again. I purchased a Toshiba and it works beautifully. I npw have three tvs in my wifes shop and all work fine. I could never get the Insignia TV to work. This was my first time trying an Insignia TV. It was not for my home, so I took a chance.
