I plugged it in 29 days ago and it already does not work. Not to mention Best Buy said I can’t return it. Not even a month.

I purchased this LED TV for my screened-in porch, and it has been a great addition. Pollen killed my last TV, but I am glad to see this one is still going strong after two years of year-round use. The picture quality is clear, and the built-in Fire TV makes streaming very easy without needing extra devices. The size fits the space perfectly. For the price, it delivers exactly what I needed.

Smart HD TV was right for the price and size. It was an easy setup for Wifi, adding Xfinity Stream app, and connected to a bluetooth speaker box to get better audio for all TV watching and apps.

I bought this TV for my father in law for under $200 and the picture is great! He will not use many of the built in “smarts” but it’s obviously very capable as a smart TV, and the value for what you get is excellent.

Its a good tv, but I really hate that new tvs always have the stupid like ad roll? On my home screen? Like why do they have to do that. It will not make me watch/buy what you advertise if anything out of spite I will never do the thing. The picture quality and everything is fine. No real issues with it. Sometimes the audio gets weird after using like consoles on it, but restarting the tv fixed it but idk why it does it in the first place.

Originally skeptical of Fire TV and Sticks months ago, our household has become a believer after our first Fire stick for our mother a few months ago and how easy it was for her to use it and access everything that she needed in one place. In a way, the rest of the household soon grew jealous at how easy it was for her to access everything in one place. Our television in the living room was getting older and seemed dated for the time and we knew it was time for an upgrade. We decided we'd try a Fire TV with the rave reviews our mother was having with the Fire Stick if it came anywhere close to the same experience. Hint: It Did. With the latest update to the firmware , the Fire TV controls almost identically to the Fire Stick UI that you may already be comfortable with. If you have an Amazon account setup already ( which you should ) it will instantly remember the profiles setup on the Fire Stick and BOOM, you will be able to have everyone access their profiles , apps, television shows, and channels whenever they sit down to use the TV. It's truly a one of a kind experience going from a regular TV to a Smart TV. The picture on this larger model is crisp, it's able to be seen easily from far away. The sound can be put up to louder volume than expected and be heard well. And, better yet the packaging came perfectly so there were no dead pixels or other damage on arrival. It's great bang for your buck!

Lower cost than the TV it replaced with far more features. Nice picture. Ok sound. Easy to setup and use. We are glad we tried this one.

Pleasantly surprised with how many apps are available on this Insignia TV with Amazon Fire built in. The operation is smooth(very user friendly). It’s 720p which is decent. I do wish the remote had numbers on it to directly select a TV channel. You have to access the live TV guide through the settings menu but this TV performs so sweet I can’t complain. I would recommend it to others looking for a mid sized flat screen at Good Price.

Got this at a great price during a Black Friday sale. Smart TV that’s lightweight and great quality.

This is my third Insignia tv from Best Buy. Great tv, high quality, fantastic picture, easy to assemble and awesome price. It’s in my guest bedroom.

Great tv size and price for my needs and in providing quality tv in today’s environment.

This was my first experience with an Amazon TV. The picture quality was very clear, and the television supported all of the apps I know and love. With exception of the back of the remote control continually falling off, it was a pretty decent TV for the money. HOWEVER, after 10 months of standard use, the TV went black. It would not turn back on, but we could hear that the unit was still powered on. After research and troubleshooting, we found out that the TV was blown out and otherwise done for. No prior indication that the TV was going out. No repair or fix, only replacement. Hopefully Best Buy honors the one year warranty and replaces this.

This TV sets up quickly. Just a few screws for the feet. HDMI cable TV line was auto recognized. Internet connected quickly with strong signal. There are all the usual settings for brightness etc but I kept mine unchanged from default. Weight is fairly low at this 40" size so pretty easy to hang if that's your preference.
