Had issues with WiFi and remote

Had troubles immediately with this TV losing connection to the Wi-Fi network. I added an eero wifi unit directly below the TV - didn't help. When the network connection was stable enough, I set up the Amazon Fire features. Then the remote would work only at times. I took the TV off the wall, reboxed it and returned it to Best Buy. I bought a Samsung 40 inch TV with a seperate Firestick, and had zero problems.

I thought it would be a great buy just because it’s a Fire TV but no. After less than 2 years it has started going to black screen but audio still on. The screen use to freeze constantly and that started happening early on. It’s like the audio was still playing but the screen would freeze at random times. Also the audio and picture timing wouldn't be in sync. And it wasn't my internet because all my other TVs never did this. I bought it at a great price but now I see why.

Had to make an appt for geek squad to fix it. This is my son's tv now he has to wait until July 6 to get it fixed. Not happy at all!!

Been waiting 2 weeks for BB to contact me for warranty replacement, no luck as yet.
