It’s on every streaming app. Paramount, netflix, prime, youtube…etc No, it’s not the wifi. How do I know? Because I’m not ignorant. You can unplug it and it fixes the problem momentarily.

The TV is annoying because it’s made by Amazon. I have to click on several buttons to get to the internet and log into my cable account.. It’s hard to navigate and terrible for channel surfing. I liked the old way better when all I had to do was turn on the TV and I was ready to watch my favorite show.

Before that the TV functioned as it supposed to but now I have a totally black screen and can't get it to come back on. It still makes sounds but nothing on the TV screen. Now I'm really worried because I actually bought three of these TVs and wondering how long it's going to be before they go out as well. Unhappy

Wont stay connected to WiFi

The tv will not stay connected to my Wi-Fi I have called my internet provider and they were to help. But its dropping the connection again.

Horrible Quality - Don’t Waste Your Money

No power, won’t turn on! I’ve never had a TV o my last a year and a half. Beyond disappointing. Do not buy this brand.

I have never ever owned a television where I held my breath every time I turned it on, wondering whether I would see anything. Or had a TV that, once on, would randomly turn off and display a black screen that says "Loading . . ." I've tried all all the suggested fixes and nothing works! About to throw it away - and it's only 6 months old.

BAD PRODUCT

No support from Best Buy. They consider these disposable items. Starting to question Best Buy customer service.

I've called customer service twice & even after updating (The supposed fix), I'm still not able to turn it off. I also had to purchase a separate USB in order to have enough room to download some of the apps I wanted.
