I’ve restarted and power cycled the TV numerous times now and sometimes that gets it to connect again. I was trying to watch a live stream the other day and it was completely futile because it kept freezing on me. I watched on an iPad instead using the same network connection and it worked fine.

Only had it for a little over 2 years at a great price, but recently suffered a backlight issue. It would cost more to get it fixed than what I paid for it. I guess you get what you pay for. Probably have to go with different Manufacturers (Samsung, LG) in the future. Store reps told me to expect no more than 5 years, but I thought I'd get more than 2 years.

First purchased tv on black Friday, box arrived not tapped on top on bottom and fingerprints all over the screen. I sent this one back and received a "certified geek squad" replacementBox was sealed, but missing parts, it the box isnt checked for missing pieces it isnt "certified". Anyone can stick a label or sticker with certified on the box. Best buy will not get another dime of my money. Ill take my money and business elsewhere. Overall the tv is ok.
