Our old tv went out and we needed an affordable replacements ASAP. This is a good tv for the price. We were a bit bummed out that the sound is emitted through the back of the tv and will require a sound bar to project the sound better and more efficiently. Our previous Insignia didn’t have that issue. But it’s good for a great price and a fast replacement.

Have 4 other Insignia brand tvs at home and office, all have been excellent over the last 9 years. This 39" replaces a 32" in the home office area. Simple 720p is all I needed, NO ONE not Walmart not Amazon came close to BestBuys price. TV works great, simple menu excellent remote easy to reach rear connections.

I have to admit, I am very surprised at the quality of this television for the price I paid. Granted I did catch it on sale but still yet it was reasonably priced...the picture quality it really great..still figuring out the different ways to tune the volume “ex” movie, custom, music.. But I would definitely buy again..

I purchased this tv for my Mom who is 96yrs old and extremely hard of hearing so it was important to me that the tv has a headphone jack and this one did...she can now hear & watch tv and that not only makes her happy but me too!!! Perfect size too!!!

I picked this up for a bedroom and so far I am impressed. Great picture,so-so sound but that's not a problem as I am using external speakers. Lots of features one would not expect on a 'lower price" television. I cannot comment about durability as I haven't owned it long enough but so far,so good!

What more could you ask for. Picture is so clear. The sound is standard in flat screens. Mounts to wall. Comes with stand. Packed well. Best Buy is a great place to do business with. Oh yeah the remote is comfortable to hold and it has glow in dark on off, channel up down and volume that all shows up with your lights out.

This is a good TV for the price. Good picture quality and easy to use.

Picture quality is good enough considering the price point. Wasn't looking for the best monitor was looking for something that would be plugged and play in a changing environment. And the simplicity of it makes it perfect.. don't need all the fancy features like smart TVs and decorative casing.

The picture quality is 4/5. Not exteremly vivid and kind of lacks the intensity I look for. I didn't like the one way only feet of the tv because it extended it more than 39" but I was able to modify that with a pair of plyers. It is a decent TV but I wouldn't purchase it again.
