The remote sucks and volume. You have to make sure the remote is very close and the volume you have to put high like around 49 - 55 to hear it. I would have taken it back.

Cracked the screen of an earlier version of this TV. Was pleased that the nearest store had product on hand and was at a reduced price. Picked up TV in box at Store. Easy to follow instructions. From opening the box to setting up the TV and clean up took less than 1 hour

I am not very happy with the sound on this TV. The picture is great! I feel like you should tell customers if there is a problem with anything they purchase. I would have spent a little more for better sound. Thank you.

I like the TV overall, but don't care for the menu and the way I have to change channels or find another channel - no channel list or previous channel option on the remote, have to pull up the menu, go to "channels" and then from there to see a list of channels.

Bought this television for my mother in law!.....she absolutely loves it!...yes it is a basic tv..but it was all she needed...she doesn't need all the apps that come with a smart tv... and for the price it was a no brainer!...go for it!

This isn’t for someone looking for a great TV, but if you just want something that will be a solid TV and don’t care about it having smart tv elements, this is a great deal.

For the price, nothing to complaint about. It's your basic 720p TV. Bought this for my mother-in-law. Reception to TV stations is good. If this can last for couple years, I'd be happy. If it doesn't will update review

For the price this is a good value. Not smart and only 720p resolution. If you’re looking for a basic straight to the point tv and cheap this is definitely it for you. For not much more you can get the smart version and full 1080p. Just something to keep in mind.

I am pleased with the screen clarity and reception with air television and roku subscriptions. Hard to keep out of my son's hands to use with his computer as likes the screen for gaming.

Tv has great picture and is a great tv for the price I paid. Only real complaint I have is that it isn't as loud as I would like. Seems I have to have it a higher volume just to hear it normally.

We bought this for a secondary tv for our camper. We use this one for outside to watch some tv in the evenings when nascar is on or whenever sports come back. Nothing special but Works great!

love the quality of the video, as good as others costing considerably more. audio is underpowered; that may be a function of my installation in an outdoor application (may be too much background noise); you may need a soundbar to fully appreciate this set

We love our new Insignia 39" LED TV, as it is perfect for our bedroom. We will get in touch with the Geek Squad, to find out how to adjust the sound, so that the 'talking TV' sound, is not much higher than the sound of the shows on the TV.

Purchased this product in Ohio to transport to Portland Oregon, as my daughter was relocating. Was protected in its original packaging the whole trip in the car!! I plan on purchasing three more for my spare bedrooms!!

Decent tv for the price. Good visuals and sound are great if you are looking for something with apps installed then this is not the one as it has no apps just a basic tv.

I needed a TV that would fit into a certain space and this worked perfectly. I was concerned about resolution not being 1080p but the picture is good. Sound could be better. May buy a sound bar for movie watching.

Ironically enough I am sitting in front of this TV right now. I was at first skeptical, But can honestly say we have had no trouble with this TV. Definitely worth the price for what it is used for

Not ultra HD or even HD, but for most shows it doesn't matter. Half (or less) the price of more feature packed sets, but I don't need Roku, internet connection, etc. to watch the news and regular shows. Sound is fine, but I don't use high volume

I needed a new TV and found this on sale! I wasn't looking for the best quality in a TV, just needed something that I could afford, and this fell into that bracket!

Her tv went out on her and I want her to stay in the house so she don’t get sick She loves it and the tv is easy for her to use it Was able to order and got the tv the next day
