I got this for my husband, but one I used it, there was no possibility that it was going anywhere! We both sleep better and the pain that radiated from my left shoulder up my neck is gone!

I researched a lot of chairs at higher costs and lower costs and this Insignia 3D chair was the best money I spent. This chair is worth its weight in gold as it performs at the same level if not better than the chairs that cost 8K. Highly recommend this chair to anyone.

Imagine coming home from a stressed filled day full of crap from your coworkers and you are dragging your feet and soul to try to make it to the door of your home, you turn the nob and there.. there ... Just a drag away you see a white light shining on your massage chair with heavenly music playing in the background. Your chair waiting for you calling your name and you drag your aching body and start your 10 min session. I can not describe the feeling of the massage balls sliding on my back and my butt bone the rollers on my feet are next level and don't get me started on the squeezing of my muscles. I 1000000 recommend it and the light shining on my chair, well that's just because we have a lot of windows and natural light and the heavenly music is actually my Google playing classical piano music. But still it feels like an out of body experience. You will not be disappointed!

We love this massage chair! It's quiet and powerful for massages. Easy to use and ready to go after delivered and setup. I'd give quality a 5 star but I do hear a big pop noise occasionally, but not enough to worry right now.

Hair is great. Got it for my boyfriend for Christmas. He uses it all the time. Well worth the money. Got it on sale and would definitely buy it again. Has maky options for messages and feels really good.

I got this chair and the first time I used it, I was really impressed. I think though, perhaps I may have overdone it. I The rollers can be a bit intense at times. The user interface could also use a bit of work. It would be nice to use the heating function without having a massage session active. I would also like to point out the the angle of my neck was not comfortable at all. I had to use an exterior pillow from my couch to not crane my neck backwards. I believe it is a "good" product, though it definitely needs some tweaking.
