Only downside about this chair is that its too wide to fit through any bedroom doors. Our home measures 33" on most bedroom doors, and it does not fit.

Better than some chairs I've tried for 5k and 8k price. Best buy didn't install it for me though, I had do to it myself, even though I paid for installation (1 cent promo). But installation was super easy.

This is a upgrade on anything. Better materials. Solid. + speaker and Better foot roller. The remote is perfect. Looks awesome in my living room.

Bought it as a Christmas gift (which is still 6 weeks away) and obviously had to test it now to ensure it worked but now we've decided we can't wait the 6 weeks before using it again. LOL. It's just too good.

Great chair, but too big to fit through office doo

The product is definitely 5 stars, but the only downside, is that it is too big and doesn’t fit through the door of my office, where I had wanted to place it.
