While many people praise it for its customization I actually wish it was a little more customizable for instance you can set the intensity of the air pressure but not for individual zones. High air pressure on the arms feels good but high air pressure at the feet with the rollers on can actually hurt. I have seen some people complain that the neck area is not powerful enough but I have found if you remove the back pad the massage becomes way more intense and even though it's not recommended it is designed for it.

Only thing I would improve would be to add more padding. The rollers are a little hard and can be painful. I place a pillow between me and the chair and it’s just right for me.

Takes up a lot of room but worth the massage. The chair speakers are quite good forwhat they are just lacking bass.

We stubbled upon the insignia on a Black Friday deal. It was Well worth the money. The massages this chair gives are amazing. I would definitely buy another. *Note* The packaging is definitely big and heavy. We had to take the chair out of its packaging in our front yard to be able to get in the front door. Will definitely take 2-3 people and a dolly to maneuver off your truck and inside your home.
