Half price purchase to replace non professional overworked masseuse husband. Very physically demanding job affects relieved by 12 preprogrammed or many optional manual area selective yet customizable programs. Ability to turn off certain features like calf air because of my fat calves on short legs (pressure too much, little space). Intensified feet rollers (fav item since finding it just makes Expense justifiable). Very helpful for 80+ mother and a daily treatment for my husband. Totaltech member so delivered inside and leg section attached. Very technical item with software programming and air bag workings, prayerfully taking care with its use for extended lifetime.

This is the best purchase we've made in years. It's one of those things that you don't know you needed until you've got it. It's a thorough full body massage and can be completely customized. However, there are so many pre-sets that I haven't even wanted to try and custom create anything. It's well build and all of the functions are super quiet. It looks great too. We've nicknamed the chair Maxine and she always has open appointments.

This chair is priced below other message chairs with similar functionality! It not only messages every body part on a human but it also stretches your legs as well which was a surprise to me! If you've been debating on which model to buy you'll be doing yourself an injustice in not purchasing this chair! In short its the bomb.com

This chair can be programmed for different users, also you can choose the type of massage you want, energizing, relaxing, neck and shoulders (my favorite after a day working on my computer), etc. My husband also loves it!

This chair is now a part of my daily routine and I’m loving it, sometimes I even fall asleep in it. One of the thing I love about it is when the massage is finished it stays in the position which I love different from my previous chair. Get it you won’t regret it

This massager was a anniversary gift for my wife. She uses it daily as well as Myself. I wish there was a warranty after the 1 year as I would hate to get this repaired in the future. I hope they will continue to support this product

I ordered this based on reviews, so here is my honest opinion. This chair is GREAT! We got it right before Thanksgiving and the entire family took turns trying it out. My sister ordered one that weekend because she liked it so much. Very good quality, quite when operating. This is the chair to get.

Good value for $1100 BF special, however in the last 6 weeks the price has not increased back to the pre-savings amount. Not super hard to remove left or right side of chair to fit through standard doorway, but some screws can strip so use caution. Heat could be slightly hotter. Shoulder and neck area needs more work. I think smaller "balls" would increase perceived pressure in some areas. I am only 5'7" but have the leg length maxed out, so I can't imagine being much taller. Also at 250 lbs (42" waist) it's a snug fit, so if you are any larger then proceed with caution. Overall worth the money spent.

Got it on black Friday sale! Relaxing and gets the job done. Not the same as the real masseuse, but almost close to having one. Love the purchase! Kudos to the Best buy delivery guys, they brought it up to our second floor without any damage to the product or house.

My Father loves it. Its in his business office. I am going to make sure that he gets the full amount of love and relaxation from this chair by submitting payments on time, every month.

The customizations along the different massage types from shiatsu I & II, full body, 3D, Sports-Office-Back recovery, good night mode & so many more. One can adjust the back intensity, the Air intensity (how tight the chair holds you), Back speed, feet intensity, both massage area & massage width of the rollers. The speakers are in a great placement. Sounds as if its full surround sound spatial audio. The adjustablity options to lean all the way back. Honestly one of my best purchases. Did i mention the wife loves it lol she falls asleep in it.
