My earlier chair although of same price range, used to make too much noise when air pump was in use. This one is so quiet and relaxing that I ofter fell asleep during the massage. With so many massage types and options available, makes it perfect therapy after tiring office day or extensive workout. Loving it

Look for offers ! Was trying to get extended warranty but only get one yr so far , hope the offer the extended warranty to make it last couple of years at home

Some said they put blanket or towel over the chair because of the rollers pressing up their backs too hard. However, I'm not getting that experience. I really wanted a deep massage. I gave myself several weeks to try out all the features and maxed out the intensity on everything. The feet roller works great to the point that it hurts the bottom of my feet and I had to decrease the intensity. The back rollers on the other hand don't give me the deep massage that I was hoping for and this is what I really want in a massage chair. I don't put any towel or blanket over the massage chair like some reviewers do. The shoulder air inflators also don't do much for me even when I maxed out the intensity. I really want to love this massage chair but I'm disappointed that I don't get the deep massage with any of the 21 presets. I'm wondering if there's some fault to my chair where the intensity is not working properly when it's at maximum level. I tried to get a replacement during my return window but it's out of stock. I don't want to return it because it was a great Black Friday deal. So for me, this massage chair is okay, mediocre when it comes to deep massaging your back.

The only problem I have with the chair is that it doesn't give me a really good calf massage. I would like to know why it didn't have a warranty registration or does best buy already have it registered
