I recommend.

Got it on sale for $1599. Do not attempt to pickup and assemble/setup yourself. Pay the extra for install.

Arrived EXTREMELY damaged with the outlet to hook up the Remote broken off;rendering the massage chair unable to operate. Although I have made several purchases from Best Buy in the Past; This is HORRIBLE… Apparently NO ONE inspected the chair before rating it EXELLANT. Customer service was horrible. They kept telling me to ask for a United Parcel Service label when we all know that United Parcel Service will not pick up a huge chair, had to threaten to get someone higher up to approve the return after saying on the phone for 2 1/2 days very disappointed. Let’s see what happens and if they refund the charge

Chair was used twice and 1 of the rollers in the back has broken off. When you spend this much on an item, thats unacceptable. All I can say is the warranty better cover it...

They just move it in the room, pointed out the cables and parts, and left. Customer service said no way to refund the service and not able to fix the installation right away. I will not buy any of bestbuy service again.

Only can use for 1 month massager chair

The massage is freeze and can’t power on anymore suddenly today! I have been unplug and change the fuse, but it still not working! I don’t know how to send it back since the chair is 300lbs, and without boxes
