A true escape from day-to-day life
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let me tell you a story about pure delight. This bad boy is so relaxing and does so many different forms of massaging that are incredible. And then to connect to the bluetooth speakers and play some quiet relaxing music (LOTR soundtrack for me:D) is just perfect. My only complaint is the calf massager is useless to me because the legs do not extend long enough for my legs to fit all the way down. I'm 6'3" so that would be my one warning for anyone over 6' is if the calf massager is an absolute make or break, I got bad news for you. I've had it close to 2 years and it still works exactly like the day it was delivered.

Best massage chair ever
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.5 Stars - Worth Every Penny! “I’ve owned the Insignia 3D Massage Chair for about six months now, and I feel compelled to share how much of a game-changer it has been for my daily routine. First off, the chair is an absolute beast in the best way possible. It looks sleek and modern, and the build quality is solid—definitely feels like a high-end piece of equipment. The first time I sat in it, I was blown away by how well it mimicked an actual massage. The 3D rollers are no joke; they go deep into the muscles, and the range of motion is impressive. I’m someone who carries a lot of tension in my shoulders and lower back, and this chair has done wonders. The adjustable intensity levels mean you can have a gentle relaxation session or a more intense deep tissue massage—whatever suits your needs that day. The zero-gravity feature is another highlight. It takes all the pressure off your spine and genuinely makes you feel weightless. Combine that with the heated function, and you’re in for a spa-like experience at home. The chair also has pre-set programs (I love the “Relaxation” and “Stretch” modes), but the manual settings let you customize the massage to target specific areas. It’s also surprisingly quiet, which I appreciate because I can use it without disturbing anyone else in the house. The only minor downside is that it’s pretty big, so make sure you have enough space for it. But honestly, for what it does, I don’t mind giving it a dedicated corner in my living room. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my posture and overall stress levels since using this chair regularly. It’s not just a luxury—it’s an investment in your health and well-being. If you’re on the fence, just go for it.

Good massage chair, but could use improvements
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I gave this chair 5 stars, but it doesn’t mean its perfect, I just think it delivered on what it said it would and I do enjoy it...but I am a bit critical. I have an uncle who has had a similar massage chair for the past 4 or 5 years, and I finally decided to get one. So I do have some comparable experience I will be using for this review. I play racquetball, and I am very active in it. I’m in my 40s and I play like I’m in my 20s, so the main reason I got this chair was for recovery afterwards as I sometimes have trouble even walking…thats how much I abuse my body. I’ve been to the chiropractor enough to know massages and stretches are important. I was going to go with the 2D chair, but when I noticed there was no stretch option, I decided to pay the extra for the 3D. I wouldn’t have paid extra for the other stuff such as heat, phone charger, and bluetooth speakers, but they are nice to have.I do wish there was a back/body stretch, but its more for ankles and feet getting stretched which is still nice. To start, the chair looks great and it has that new car smell to it right when you get it. I do like having the nob and button controls along with the remote. The instructions were pretty basic, and the whole User profile thing is still a bit confusing, I wish they had more detailed information in the instructions. There is also a sensing process that happens before each massage which I’m not exactly sure what that does either, except I guess measure how far the backrollers go up? Pros Nice glute massage Controls on the chair and remote Really enjoy the foot/ankle massage and tight grip it does to stretch it out Looks good and is comfortable to sit in even without massages, kind of like a lazy boy Bluetooth speaker sounds good and was easy to connect and use Roller intensity seems good. Cons Weak air bags (No pain no gain) No option to cancel massage without turning off the whole chair Stretching is limited and chair does not lay you out as flat as I would have hoped Chair position does not reset automatically when massage is done Options on remote could be simpler and more options for saving profiles. Can’t figure out the custom setting or don’t see an option to isolate certain area massages (ie..just a foot massage) No option for upgrading the software version that I could find. Would be nice to be able to update it in the future through bluetooth or USB. I like the option for my massages to be a little painful, cause massage pain can be good if done correctly. Rollers can have a good intensity, but the air bags are weak. My uncles arm air bags would squeeze very tight, to the point if you were wearing a watch it would hurt and I think my watch is about to get cracked (love it!). With max intensity, my watch feels fine almost like its not even there. I do have my share of improvements that it could use, but doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy it. I’ve been using it about 1-2x/day, however the different massage types seem all the same to me. Do I think this chair is worth the $3900 MSRP, nope. But I bought it on sale so that made the gamble worth it. I also wish it came with an extended warranty option through Best Buy, especially since Insignia is a Best Buy brand. Instead I used a credit card that extended the manufacturers warranty instead of my Best Buy card (take note Best Buy!). The delivery and install from BB was great and on-time.

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wow,great chair... as someone who has purchased 3 different massage chairs and not been happy in the best, this one is my favorite one. I got it on sale and its just as good ad the $5k one that i returned from Sams club. It has many customizable features and there are times when i have fallen asleep in it. I love how it has a usb phone charger on the arms rest and also listening to relaxing music on the bluetooth thru the speakers really make this a luxurious spa expefience. You will save so much money since you wont need to go and pay for $90 massages anymore. This is a great chair. I only hope it lasts me for a Long time, time will tell.

Relaxation and Customization: Insignia™ 3D Zero G
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently had the opportunity to try out the Insignia™ 3D Zero Gravity Full Body Massage Chair in Black, and I have to say, it's a solid product that deserves a 4-star rating. Here are some of the key aspects that I liked about it: Comfort: The chair is incredibly comfortable, especially when it reclines into the zero-gravity position. It provides excellent support for your entire body, making it perfect for long massage sessions. Massage Options: The 3D massage technology offers a wide range of massage options, from deep tissue to gentle relaxation. The chair also has different pre-programmed massage modes that target specific areas of the body, such as the neck, back, and legs. The airbags provide a soothing compression massage. Customization: I appreciated the ability to customize the massage intensity, speed, and focus areas. This feature allowed me to tailor the massage to my specific needs and preferences. Heat Therapy: The built-in heat therapy function was a nice touch. It adds to the overall relaxation and can help ease muscle tension. Easy to Use: The remote control is user-friendly and straightforward. It's easy to navigate through the different massage options and adjust settings as needed. However, there are a couple of reasons why I didn't give it a perfect 5-star rating: Price: This massage chair is on the higher end of the price spectrum. While it offers great features and comfort, it might not be affordable for everyone. Size: The chair is quite large, so you'll need a spacious room to accommodate it. If you have limited space, it might not be the best choice. In summary, the Insignia™ 3D Zero Gravity Full Body Massage Chair in Black is a fantastic product that provides a luxurious and customizable massage experience. It's comfortable, versatile, and offers various massage options. However, the price and size could be potential drawbacks for some buyers. Overall, it's a solid 4-star product.

insiginia 3d zero gravity massage chair - worth it
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.in case anyone is wondering, this chair is based on the osaki/titan pro acro 3d massage chair. yes the exterior looks different but they are basically a clone in terms of operation minus few bells and whistles found on the titan. those removed features like voice activation, led lights and pulse/oximeter are really not needed on a massage chair. in fact i would prefer no led as it will be distracting in a darker room. be sure to choose the free $99 installation option on the item page. they set it up, connected the foot rest and went through a brief testing to make sure it works. also took away all the packaging. we have it in the corner of the great room next to the tv. its a large room so it doesn't stand out like i thought it might. it does look like a pretty high tech looking quality chair. it might be bit out of place in a more traditional decor. we've had the chair for about two weeks and everyone in the family had good things to say about it. in fact, wife fell asleep in the massage chair the first night. very relaxing massage overall. there are rollers on the bottom of foot rest as well as on the calf section. the calf section with inflated airbags will rock back and forth for "kneading" action. its also neat that it will grab onto the feet using air bags then the foot rest gently pulls the legs for a nice stretch. it will also hold on to the shoulders using airbags then 3d rollers will push up on the back and create an arch for a nice stretch. rollers go from the head / neck area all the way down to the butt so its a pretty long track. there are 21 preset massages and there does seem to be variety to the programming from the those i've tried. during programmed operation, settings such as back intensity, airbag intensity and foot roller intensity can be adjusted. there is a manual mode where all settings such as massage speed, various intensites, and specific location of massage and others settings can be adjusted. the back padding can also be removed for a more "hands on" massage that you can really feel. heating in the lower back does work and there are 3 levels that can be selected. bt audio does pretty good job and better than what i expected. besides, these speakers won't be used for jamming anyway. now for some issues...one thing i would have liked is lighted keys on the remote. while the screen is backlit, buttons are not so its bit difficult to navigate in a darker room. i guess it might be a non issue once i get familiar with the button layout. also placement of the control knob on the arm rests sometimes causes it to turn on when you accidently bump the button while getting up from the chair. one tip: when going through the initial body scan, for some reason it starts beeping and asks to manually adjust the shoulder height. found out this is normal and just giving an option to adjust the shoulder position and massage will start after 10 seconds. i would suggest downloading the manual for osaki/titan pro acro 3d and it will give better explanation. these issues are minor and definitely not a deal breaker. chair gets use daily by the family and hopefully for years to come.

Awesome chair
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best buy third party delivered it, service was fine, not as good as geek squad usually is, but the last third party who did work at my home from best buy fried my electrical panel and cost me more than this chair costs in repairs, so any encounter where something catastrophic like that doesnt happen is good enough for me. Had to unbox and assemble the chair ourselves. It unboxes relatively easily, and the foot massage piece is a PITA to install, but after a bit we got it done. Even though the early part of this review has been critical, the chair is awesome. I was very close to buying the Human Touch Super Novo chair a month or so ago from a local store selling open box at 35% off, but by luck I checked best buy and saw that a 3D 0G chair was coming from insignia. I decided to wait and see how it would be priced etc, and even at full MSRP it is 1/3 roughly of that Super Novo. It went on DotD for half off, and I had a lot of rewards certificates from my BB credit card, so I took the plunge. The chair is 90% as good as that human touch chair, for all intents and purposes of a normal end user. Yes the human touch has better materials, and a few random extra features (Alexa support, who needs that?). I am a large man, and this chair accommodates me well. It can be a bit tight on the shoulders, but so was the $12,000 (LOL) super novo chair. I have tried all the offerings from Osaki, Human touch, and other similar brands at 2 or 3 local massage chair stores, and none of them were large enough for my shoulder frame, so that is not really a con on the chair and more a con on my diet and exercise habits. I would buy this chair in a heartbeat at DotD pricing, and if it was normal price, I would do a lot of thinking and probably buy it when I had some rewards stacked up or a birthday offer, etc. It is super relaxing and does a good job of massage. Massage therapists beware!

It's OK. I like it but don't love it.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this at a substantial discount from the original price of around $4,000. I would never pay anywhere near the original price. It's good overall. One thing i don't like, that a much cheaper I-Joy chair did better, was you can't really sit all the way back into the seat so your lower back is always at least slightly rounded, affecting the massage rollers etc to hit the entire lumbar area perfectly. You can kind of solve this by raising the calf/legs all the way then shortening the legs to push you back into the seat. But you should be able to sit up straight or have the legs down at a 90 degree angle and still be able to be seated all the way back. I'm average height. The massage and air pads are strong. Heat could be stronger. Bluetooth is a nice touch. Overall, its nice to sit in. I dont get the relief to lower back back ive gotten from other chairs. I'd buy it again for maybe $500. I'd look elsewhere if I were paying more and I would sit in it first.

Absolutely worth the purchase!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to take the two sides off by following the procedure that was provided in one of these reviews to get it to fit through a 29 inch door frame, but it was so very much worth the effort! It took just under an hour to disassemble and then reassemble in the final room, after disconnecting/removing a total of one back panel, 2 trim panels, 2 side panels, 24 screws, 3 wires, and 4 air tubes, and then connecting the foot piece. It worked so excellently that I used it 3 times on the first day alone! It is exactly what I had hoped for and works excellently! 5 stars!

Great buy!!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my wife for Christmas and we love it. Both of us and my kids are sitting in that thing every chance we get. There are so many massage options and settings, the chair is comfy as heck, and the massage is as aggressive or light as you prefer. Great purchase!! Set up was easy, but make sure you have a few buddies to help you move it, it’s definitely not light. But that just means it is built well!

The Chair You Didn't Know You Needed
|Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this full-body massage chair as a Father's Day gift, and it has been a hit! My dad absolutely loves it, and it has quickly become the centerpiece of our home for family visits. Everyone wants to give it a try for a quick massage, and it's easy to see why. Pros: Customization: The chair offers a wide range of massage modes, allowing users to tailor their experience. Whether you need a deep-tissue massage or something more soothing, it delivers. Performance: Everything works great, and the massages feel professional and rejuvenating. Family Appeal: It's been a family favorite since day one, making it a great investment for both personal and shared use. Cons: User Interface: The controls can be a bit tricky. For example, getting a specific foot massage requires navigating a somewhat complex command sequence. If you're unfamiliar with the setup, it might be frustrating. Size: This chair is big! If your space is limited, be prepared for a bit of a challenge. It may require partial disassembly (removing the arm panels or headrest) to fit through tight spaces. However, once it's in place, it’s worth the effort. Overall Rating: 4/5 This massage chair is a fantastic value, offering excellent performance and customization. While the user operation could be more intuitive and the size may be a logistical hurdle, these minor inconveniences are outweighed by the quality and comfort it brings. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax in style!

Love it!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Never thought I would buy a message chair because of how expensive they usually are, but I’m glad I pulled the trigger on this. First saw this when it was on sale for $1799 but then it went off sale quickly. Waited a few weeks later and got it at $1299. Even better! Best buy delivered to the house and brought it inside with no problems. I did the assembly of the chair which took about 15 minutes, if that, and immediately started using it. I think my family of four spent the whole first weekend in the chair and we have spent a lot of time in it since then as more normal use transpired. Can’t say enough about it. Probably my favorite is actually the foot massager which is followed closely by the compression areas (arms, legs, feet). The back massager is really good and all aspects of the chair can be adjusted for intensity, which is nice. The heat function also makes it nice when trying to relax those muscles. The zero-g function is awesome and the speakers are a nice touch to help calm with some soothing sounds or music from my phone. All in all I love this chair. As much as it feels odd to not leave a negative about the chair considering the price I paid along with my expectations, I don’t really have anything negative to say.

||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a little big but massage features are excellent. Everyone who comes over wants to try it and loves it. More than one person has fallen asleep in the chair. Two people immediately asked me to text them the link to buy one. Wish you would buy an extended warranty as I have no idea how long it will last, but will enjoy the ride while it does. Comfortable for adults up to about 6' and shoulders up to about 50" jacket size. 52" is tight. 6'2" will fit seated but not in zero gravity mode.

I “knead” more than this chair offers
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to give this product 3 stars as much as I wanted to give it more I can’t. The price point was a huge seller when it went on sale for less than $2k and was really the big selling point for me. We have all sat in those chairs cleverly located at the store front of the mall tech stores, having sat in one of those I have something to compare it to. This chair in particular has the calf and hand massagers that use compressed air. The calf portion also has roller massagers that I’m not to keen on because even at its lowest setting it’s a bit hard in its rotational movement to a point it does the opposite of what a feel good massage should be. The shoulder massagers at their highest settings and adjusted to height still don’t cut it for me. The back rollers will suffice for someone who does not like deep tissue massages. Even at their highest settings the back massager doesn’t really deliver those kneading attributes one would like. The chair comes with a remote that is sort of easy to use but leaves a lot of room for improvement. As a techy person I find myself thinking of ways they could have elevated this remotes interface. The Bluetooth connectivity and zero gravity features are really quite nice to be honest. Overall if you don’t care for deep tissue massages or your body prefers light work this chair is for you.

What an amazing chair!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been shopping for one for years, and there are pros and cons to all of them. Best Buy had a sale i just couldn't pass up on, so I got this one. I couldn't be happier! I'm still working on all of the different options. On thing i do want to say is that this is huge and will NOT fit smaller door frames. I have a 30" opening to my bedroom, which is where I initially wanted it. Im fortunate to have an alternate location for it. It needs at least 35" opening with no corners.

Excellent Purchase!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We are so pleased with this chair. It's very nice looking. I wanted it in the bedroom, but it wouldn't fit through our bedroom door, so I had to put it in the living room. I'm glad it's there, because otherwise I'd never see my husband! He's got a long commute from work and makes a beeline to that chair as soon as he gets home! Every aspect of the chair is adjustable. When you start the cycle, it beeps at you to ask you if where the rollers are hitting your shoulders is ok. You can adjust the length of the calf massage/foot massage portion, so my husband, who is 6 foot is as comfortable as I am at 5ft 2in. The Bluetooth works great and I've noticed that when he has his music on in the chair, I can't really hear it sitting across the room. The programmed massages are great and you can customize them as you like adding time, back heat, intensity of the massage, and the kind of massage you like (pressure from the air bags, kneading, rolling, etc.). He really likes the fact that he can add 20 minutes to the standard 20 and get a 40 minute massage! I'm very pleased with the price that we got and both the delivery and set up were very easy. We both use this chair daily and most of the time twice daily. Well worth the money.
