This 3D chair was a great value on sale at $1199. Though the default settings were soft on the back and neck areas, you’d have to find the right manual settings to get the stronger massage if you’re looking for a stronger massage. It’s heavier and bigger than the 2D model, thus the rollers, airbags, and overall operations seemed smoother and quieter (sturdier and built better?). Real strong foot massage and stretching of your foot/ankle area. Also has rollers and moving airbags in the calf area that the 2D model didn’t have. Has Bluetooth speakers and a built in USB port for charging your phone to help you relax/fall sleep in it. Overall way better value over the 2D model for only $300 more (comparing sale prices $1199 vs $899).

Would have liked to test it in store before purchase but since it wasn't available in store I decided to take a chance with the understanding it could be returned if I didn't like it. Turns out I loved it. I would have preferred the touch screen remote but after learning how the manual remote works it is good. You can customize the setting preference so you don't have to decide on new settings each time you use it. Just pick user and enjoy. Warning: Don't fall asleep during your turn to avoid arguments with others waiting to use it.

This chair far exceeds our expectations! It is extremely comfortable. It has multiple settings for so many different massages. You can also manually create the ares you would prefer. The speakers are amazing! The chair itself, although large and not my preferred style, fits nicely in the corner. Not only do we love it, our friends and family come over just to use it! This investment is worth every penny!

Best purchase ever! We got this chair for Black Friday deal. This massage chair (Insignia 3D) is a great way to relax without spending money and time on a professional masseuse. I’m super please with all the different settings. This chair gives a solid strong all body massage esp. the feet features.Its very effective to relax after a long day of work. Everyone from the family loves this chair. Very satisfied and worth the price.

We love it! It’s used multiple times a day and works as described. It comes assembled except the foot rest and my doorway (with door taken off hinges) is exactly 31.5 inches. We were able to squeeze it through the doorway with no damage to the door or unit. The pic has the head of my 7 year old barely peaking. It’s big but fairly sleek.

I bought the Insignia based on the price and how it was describe on Best Buy website. I took a leap of faith and ordered because I was not able to locate one in a store local to me to do a "test run". I am glad that I did take the jump. Having nothing to compare to, the preset massages was a good start to figuring it out. I do love all the different settings. Try them out to find the one that best fits your needs. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this chair. At the time of the review I have had it for about 6 weeks. Note: The chair is very heavy. I opted for assembly and delivery. Came through the front door no issue, but getting it to my office was a challenge for it is the exact width of my door opening. The delivery guys said that they can not "force" it in, so they left in my Livingroom. I had to take the office room door off the hinges, and then four of us "pushed and pulled" to get it into the office. So! double check the width measurement to make sure it fits! ;-)

This is an Amazing Chair so far. We have not had it long, but long enough to test longevity, but so far it exceeds my expectations. I got it during a super discount so saved a lot of dollars, even better than Black Friday sales. Okay some important things if you are putting this in a room with access of 30 inches. It fits though most common front doors no problem but you have to dismantle the sides to put it into a 30" opening. There is a review already showing this and a video you can find on line. What is not mentioned in either review, is the large bolts in the front that hold the sides down were so tight and glued in with some kind of Loctite, that they could not come out easily. I was really worried I was going to snap the head of the screw. Two of them failed due to the soft metal not being strong enough to withstand the force (the phillips-head broke into large chunks. I got them out with a reverse bit, but not what I was wanting to do with my new chair especially. Regardless, I recommend replacing these with S/S M6 - 1.0 - 20mm truss head screws and lock washers. Just be careful, if you snap a truss head which thank goodness I did not do, you will be in for a long day. The rest was very easy, everything went back together. Also the some of the instructions tell you to label the hoses. If you look at them they are already color coded so that was not necessary. One thing I didn't expect, this massages your hands and arms as well, Still getting used to it, but so far really love it.

I have had this chair for 2+ months now. Its a great value for money massage chair that will not disappoint you. It provides a good relaxing massage and I invariably sleep on it most occasions while the massage is on. Best use would be for people under 6 feet as the rollers will not reach the top of your shoulders for taller folks. Also, the calf massage will be in an inconvenient position for taller people. A good buy if you are in the market for a massage chair and looking for fantastic value for your money.

This is an excellent chair. The quality is good, and it’s easy to use. Everyone in the house uses it and loves it. Best Buy was quick to deliver and the drivers were professional and careful. Don’t hesitate .. this is a great bang for your buck! It’s the “ BEST BUY” I’ve made in a really long time.. :)

I am a Best Buy employee and have been waiting for this chair to get to market for quite a while. I was excited about the high quality Bluetooth speakers and the addition of the lower leg section for better calf and feet massage that this new 3D Chair offers. It has exceeded my expectations in every way and I have almost needed a calendar in my house just to reserve times for each of my family members. The automatic upper body scan is great with the different sizes of people in my family to auto adjust to the size of the person in the chair when starting a session. With the 21 different preset programs, it's hard to decide which one to select but I think my favorite is Goodnight to close out the day. I am looking forward to many enjoyable sessions in the years to come...

EXCELLENT VALUE, YEARS OF BACK PAIN EFFECTIVELY GONE. I USE TWICE A DAY AN IS COUNTERACTS 12 HOURS OF STIFFNESS FROM SITTING AS THE OFFICE. VISITED CHIROPRACTOR LAST MONTH AND WAS SHOCKED WHEN THEY TOLD ME I HAD NOT BEEN THERE FOR OVER A YEAR! THAT ALONE PAID FOR THE CHAIR. NOT A CHAIR TO LOUNGE IN NECESSARILY, BUT FOR A MASSAGE IT DOES THE JOB AT A MORE THAN REASONABLE PRICE!

Great massage chair. It helps me to relax. The only cons that I have are: it’s not made for tall people (6’2”+), it doesn’t get my hamstrings or the side of my hips. I wear a size 15 shoe so it doesn’t massage my entire foot (maybe 75% of my feet). I’m glad I bought it for the price that I got it for.

I watched this chair for over 3 years, reading reviews, watching the price, etc. trying to justify the purchase. Well I finally went ahead and made the purchase and it's been an absolute game changer for me. Since Covid, I've worked remote which means I'm sitting in my Herman Miller chair for 9-11 hours/day which has brought on a bout of sciatica. I've been to PT and I have exercises as well but adding this massage chair to my regimen has been a game changer. If you're out there sitting on the fence I will add what others have said, just go ahead and get it!!

Its an item you arent sure whether you should purchase or not...its been well worth the money as my wife loves it and uses it everyday. I got it on a flash sale but this is probably one of the better ones you will find. It rivals ones people have to pay per minute to use and even betters a lot of them. Takes a minute to figure out the settings to get it how you like it. Only gripe is its to big to get into normal sized rooms without disassembling it. Great item on sale. Not sure about it at 4k normal price.

The Massager is amazing and has multiple modes of operation. The Relax and sleep mode is awesome and puts you to sleep pretty soon. The P{roduct looks stylish like a dystopian spacecraft and is a pleasure to use. Real symbol of luxury. Cons : Best delivered the product via a 3rd party shipping company. whilst I was expecting Seasoned Best Buy Blue shirts to deliver the product with a demo, it was hastily delivered by a 3rd party trucking company and they left the product in our living room. We cold not move it to our bedroom due to hrarvy weight and slightly narrow doorway.

OH MY!!!!This chair is amazing. It has a massage mode on the arm rest, where you can have a gentle massage or a deep tissue massage. And the bluetooth speakers have awesome sound. It massages your whole body, even your hands. Everytime my husband sits in it, in about 5 minutes he is asleep. I bought one for my husband and one for me, just in case he doesn't want to share. We always put the setting on full body massage which I think is 15 minutes and the chair is also zero gravity. I really love these chairs.

I purchased this before Thanksgiving. The price is right. I enjoyed the great features it has. It makes my wife happy. It’s good enough for me. After I purchased it, there was another $100 discount and Bestbuy adjusted the pirce. I hope this will last for a long time.
