Has all the features and for the price I got being a best buy member, the delivery and set up, 5 year warranty was less than any set I could buy for just the machines.

Right top corner rusted out already. Do not buy

I use to like best buy but this is not the only time the geek squad warranty has failed me. I will not buy anything from best buy again. I am going to an appliance store to get a replacement now. The washer. And dryer are inside the house. No reason for this to happen. Do not waste your time buying anything from best buy. They do not back the products they sell.

I load my clothes in carefully for better wash results, and in an attempt to not jave the washer go out of balance. When the unit spins the mixer to detect load size, it makes all the clothes into a ball on one side of the tub, not only wadding all the laundry into a tight ball, but guaranteeing the load will later stop for being unbalanced. Some fancy engineers got paid a lot of money merely to ruin this otherwise efficient machine.

It had huge dents in the side and front which you couldnt see since it was re-packaged like new. I had to pay a friend with a truck to pick up and bring to my home. Take off the back door to fit it inside and take off the basement door and railing to fit it downstairs. Enlisted my neighbor guy to help my guy friend bring it downstairs. I have no way of getting it back up the stairs to return it! I absolutely dread do laundry even more so now. Large loads take 70+ mins to wash! Its super sensitive and has to be 100% level otherwise vibrates across the floor or stops completely. I also purchased the hookup hoses with the washer that was recommended for 40$ and the box was empty, other than garbage being stuffed in it. Im very upset about the whole situation and can't seem to get the right answer for who im supposed to contact about it.
