    This Insignia washing machine is SO much better than I expected. I've never had one that had so many washing options and the drum inside is much bigger than I thought it would be. LOVE this washing machine!

    This agitator was broken within a week. The washer was repaired and still was defective. When the hot water was selected, the panel had moisture. Took two weeks to return and the process was brutal. This one experience makes me question future purchases with Best Buy.

    The washing machine was delivery today and it has some scratches on the lower door as can be seen in the attached photo. I still do not have an opinion on the operation of the machin

    My lid broke and now the washer is not useable. I can’t find the part I need online, so now I will have to get a new washer. Before it broke, I was having constant problems trying to wash my comforter. It would just error out and continually stop. I bought my washer 1.5 years ago…

    I've never been so disappointed. I've had the washer less than a month. I've determined you can't wash any blankets. Not my comforter or my dogs blanket. It doesn't spin the water out. At the end its still soaked, heavy and dripping wet. Also after it tries to spin the blanket it smells weird like its burning up or getting too hot. I never had that problem with my maytag i just got rid of. I do not recommend.

    Absolute disaster. Do not waste your time or money. Washed 2 loads of laundry. Kept hearing creeking and popping. Went to check. The door started crack. Washed another load and the machine just stopped working becauase the door popped of the hindges. Delivered on Friday broke the next day.
