Can't handle blankets

I've had the washer less than a month. I've determined you can't wash any blankets. Not my comforter or my dogs blanket. It doesn't spin the water out. At the end its still soaked, heavy and dripping wet. Also after it tries to spin the blanket it smells weird like its burning up or getting too hot. I never had that problem with my maytag i just got rid of. I do not recommend.

I had to go to another store to buy an extension drain hose. Nobody was helpful with an explanation on what was needed. Then it leaked.

I bought it and only two months after having it and it doesn’t fully drain. I got the warranty and they came out to service it and assured me it was working and draining again well that’s a lie. I did my first load since and it didn’t fully drain once again and my clothes are sitting in puddle of water. Please beware of insignia products. They’re cheap and the techs do lazy work.

I have a video if it but I can't upload it. I was already disappointed because it doesn't fit the space, but I figure I can handle it because at least doesn't make the noise my dryer was making. But now I don't think I can keep it. The washer is super noisy. I have a video but can't upload it.

One of the water lines got chewed up by the tub somehow and was shooting water everywhere but into the tub. I will be contacting Best Buy to see what my options are but as far as first impressions go I'm not impressed.

Looks good outside but it is just a dump machine. - It does not really agitate clothes during washing and runs in slow motion. - Rinse cycle only add water and water in the softener dispenser but the agitator never moved. I returned the machine three days later after delivery.
