I bought an open box washer from Best buy. It's been working flawlessly. It looks almost brand new and runs like a charm. This washing machine is super quiet, efficient and gets the clothes clean. At first I was a little nervous about buying an open box, but this washer changed my mind. No issues at all and I am glad I saved a good chunk money. I highly recommend if you're looking for a great value without sacrificing performance try Best Buy's open box items.

This washing machine is great. Is the perfect size is spacious on the inside. It allows me to wash clothes for a family of 5 with ease. Is very simple to use and most importantly my electric bill has gone down since I had it

I studied washers with Consumer Reports reviews, CNET and other sites. I decided that a high efficiency machine with a real agitator was the type that were most highly rated for buyer satisfaction. I am delighted with the Insignia washer. It senses the right amount of water--and since the lid is glass, I can see it covers the clothes--even when washing dog beds and other bulky items. While I live alone, I rent my back house out through Airbnb, so I really appreciate the really large capacity tub for washing towels, sheets, bath rugs and duvet covers . The many options for water temperature, additional soaking and rinse cycles and soil levels give me a perfect wash. The high efficiency machines take longer per load, but this machine gives me clean clothes, and unlike my old machine, it doesn't wad everything up together in knots. I love it.

I was in need of a washer and dryer seeing that I had just gotten a new townhouse. I decided to come into Best Buy to see what they had to offer. Of course, I went in looking at all the fancy namebrand ones that I had grown up knowing that were very pricey. I ended up seeing the Insignia washer and dryer which offered the same things the other’s did , but at a way more affordable price. I chose to buy the set. I’ve had it now for over a year and have had zero problems and they still work as good as they did the day that I bought them. I highly recommend trying them out.

We bought this 5 months ago. I wash king size sheets and doggie bed covers, large towels and and just works fantastic. Would highly recommend and yes I would certainly buy it again. Thanks BB!!

I bought this washing machine one year ago to replace the Whirlpool we bought in 2003, and so far it’s been pretty great. Lots of options for various load types and temps, huge drum (a bit too deep if you’re under 5’5”—I have to use tongs to grab a sock or two at the bottom sometimes) and gets stuff super clean (though the cycles are long in most instances). My biggest complaint is the machine is very loud. Luckily, our laundry room has a door, but if you don’t or you live in a small space, this will sound like an airplane taking off in your home. Also, the installation needed to have included arrestors for the water pressure. I didn’t even know about these until the huge pressure shifts were causing our entire pipe system to sound like a sledgehammer was hitting it when the water temperature changed from cold to hot. Had to buy them on my own but they were easily to install and saved our plumbing. Wish I’d known about them ahead of time though I feel like Best Buy should have known as well.

After purchasing this set on sale, I dug deeper into the reviews and saw that a lot of people hate this washer. So I was kinda worried for awhile (had to wait 2 months for it to be delivered because we were moving) but luckily I LOVE this washer!! It does use less water but my clothes come out clean, smell amazing, and almost dry, which makes the drying time cut in half. The first day I got it I did four loads and was happy with each one of them. I definitely recommend.

It is very reasonably priced. Not to bulky, very spacious.

I’d say good overall washer at a decent price. Make sure to balance the clothes evenly in the washer or it might interrupt the wash cycle and show an error code. Use manual to locate meaning error codes to rectify the issue. Otherwise this machine works pretty well.

Larger capacity than our last washer. Easy to operate and very efficient. My wife said it was the best gift i could have gotten her and that's what really matters. Happy wife, Happy life. No more rust is a must. Delivery on time was really fine. Hooked it up before i could fill my coffee cup. Price was right because my finances are tight.

Great product! It runs very quietly, ring tone is loud enough to hear but not like an alarm clock. The settings permit bulky items, like blankets, to be washed without causing the machine to move around like a 1940s tap-dancer. It is also very user friendly and with the transparent top, my kids love to watch it work.

I bought the Insignia 4.1 Cu. Ft. High Efficiency Top Load Washer about two weeks ago, and I’ve been really impressed so far. It was easy to install, runs quietly, and holds more laundry than I expected. The large drum fits bulky items like towels and blankets without a problem. Beyond happy with this purchase. Great price. Has so many settings. Easy to use and the tub is huge, so you can wash large comforters.

This was the lowest priced available, but it is working well and seems to be a bit more solid-state than the higher end ones with more bells and whistles. Only concern so far is that things have gotten wrapped around/stuck under the agitator and I had to remove it (a couple of tabs and a screw) to remove the stuck clothes.

Great load capacity, works efficiently, easy to use and understand, very good price.
