I had my most recent washer the one I had for 3 years take a massive crash on me. So looking around I found that most washer machines were very pricey and most you had to pick up. So I checked Best Buy and saw the washer I wanted being the washer meet my criteria and was in my price range. After getting it and having it delivered to my home I have been extremely satisfied I went with Best Buy’s washer. If you are looking for a good replacement washer i highly recommend Best Buy and their washers. I also highly recommend this one as well. Only wish it may of been a 100 dollars or less but considering how well it work that is a mute point.

I purchased both the washer and dryer and they both seem to be working very fine. I have not had any complaints.

Great value with plenty of settings to use. Solid machine with a large tub. Very easy to run and very quite.

I love this machine. Had an old GE that lasted for 20+ years and died from a wiring issue. This is huge inside and easy to use. Uses only the water you need and gets the clothes really clean. Takes a long time for a heavy full wash load but it is quite.

The delivery was excellent, and the machine is functioning perfectly. Its size is ideal for our heavy loads. I've had it for over a month now, and I have no complaints. We are all very pleased with the machine and its performance.

Bought this while on sale for memorial day as my washer had unexpectedly went out. This is bigger then originally had and has more settings can use then my old one did. Easy to set up. I loke the glass top as well. Wish the washer would remember the setting you have used previously. You have to change to what you want if it isnt what is on by default. Other then that had no issues and is a nice product for the value.

The washer has a huge drum that fits a ton of clothes. It gets everything super clean and is so quiet you can barely tell it is on.

We’re replacing a Whirlpool washer that we’ve had for about 15 years. That thing was a nightmare compared to this new Insignia. Full disclosure: The first unit we had delivered had a large dent on the front panel, but the guys saw it and immediately notated it for exchange. So, we’ve only had THIS unit for about a week. So far so good. MUCH quieter than our old unit, and I like the stainless steel drum and the simple control panel. It has one feature we weren’t used to...it weighs the load prior to introducing water, and so it rotates the load about 6 or 7 times first. It has plenty of room to handle our King-size bed comforter and it doesn’t travel at all during the spin cycle. It gets all the clothes nice and clean, and dispenses both bleach and fabric softener as it should. Clothes come out smelling nice and clean and fresh. Very happy with this purchase!

Its big enough to put a queen size blanket. Can do pretty big loads in general. Easy to ise. I love the touch potion and its so quiet!

Simple basic washing machine - with some bells and whistles. But this was the reason I chose this model as I wanted a simple machine that got the word done, and this particular model fits what I was looking for.

Good working for the money ran well and drained, but the size is a downfall. The agitator does his job, but I find that the detergent sometimes sits in the detergent tub and just turn sit into a soggy mess. The quality seemed high at first, but the tub was damaged while washing a bulky load and there is a hole in the bottom.

When it works, it works great and I love it. But then there’s times where I will come back and there’s an E4 error and the items are still soaked. I’ll put it on drain and spin, but it then fills the washer all the way up again just to do the same thing. Sometimes it takes multiple tries for it to work all the way. There’s no rhyme or reason. One time washing the same thing will work, while the next time it will flag an error, then the third time will work normal again. I don’t understand it.

The dryer gets everything dry in one go, with no damp spots, and the lint filter is easy to clean. Both units feel sturdy, look great, and have plenty of settings for different fabrics. I’ve noticed my clothes come out fresher and softer than with my old machines. Highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade!

The washer exceeded my expectations. Very silent and powerful. Size is bigger than expected as well. Very good quality and amazing price
